And if you’ve found a dress you love but it needs a little adjustment, our alterations service can help make it feel beautifully suited to you. Whether it’s the length, sleeves, belt loops or pockets, we’re here to add that extra bit of Popsy care. Just remember, once an item has been altered it can’t be returned.

Lovely dress
Lovely dress, good value for money and fast delivery. I love pockets in a dress so visited your site to browse..I was impressed with the wide range of design motifs on offer & chose a patriotic Scottish dress in blue, with thistles and St. Andrew's cross curling streamers. A lovely fit, the dress looks fab on me, I'll be wearing it to all winter events so I can fly the flag while looking lovely! Thanks Popsie xxx

I love the Popsy tunics and have…
I love the Popsy tunics and have several of them, however, I am ALWAYS unable to request alterations before actually placing the order, then I have to email them immediately to request the alteration😮💨. Last time I ordered and emailed within literally 2 minutes of placing the order, it became such a ridiculously and unnecessarily difficult issue (and rude responses from Popsy, to be honest)!
I was told to use the App which I have now (reluctantly) downloaded. I have just tried to order a tunic but the app will not add my note to ask for short sleeves!?!? 🧐 It lets me add the note but there is nowhere to press continue so that the note is added and recorded??? 😫
When I go into the payment page there is nothing to show that I have requested short sleeves!!?
I have emailed them but it's so frustrating!

Love popsy have lots of items have around 30 dresses/tunics and lots more items on top of that
Only thing that niggles with me is the T-shirts that are S/M/L would rather numbered sizing it’s put me off buying items that I like as I feel it’s to risky

Fantastic family run company that changes people’s lives
Popsy clothing is now a huge part of my life!
The dresses, trousers, pyjamas and cardigans are all comfortable and easy to wear (and they have pockets) and can be dressed up or dressed down. There are dresses for all occasions. The quality is always great with whatever I’ve ordered wi can’t fault the service.
It is very easy to order and the Popsy team are always available and willing to help with any enquiries. Delivery is quick and very reliable.
Fantastic customer service and support and a great family run company!

Dispute Raised
Not a great experience unfortunately. I ordered three items, on receiving my order I was missing a pair or dungarees. The parcel was fully intact. This was highlighted with Popsy on the 22nd of August, all emails since then have been ignored, bar one which was not followed up by them, I have now raised a dispute with my bank. Very disappointed for a small business.
