I had some difficulties reaching out for customer support but after receiving my iPhone I had a technical issue with the device which was not caused by the supplier and after reaching out to customer support they shocked me with the good news. Guess what ?. . They decided to replace the device and send me another one which made me feel better about POPSY.
they try hard to improve their business and this is the right step to proficiency.
My old device has been collected by FedEx and am just waiting on the new device.

First of all, we’re truly sorry for the frustration this experience caused you. That is never the experience we want for our customers.
Regarding the FedEx charges: in some cases, additional customs or clearance fees can be requested directly by FedEx upon delivery. These are not charged by Popsy and are outside of our control. That said, as soon as we were notified, we refunded the full amount of 337.88 SAR back to your original payment method right away. The refund has already been processed on our side.
On the charging cable issue: you are absolutely right to expect what was stated. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we immediately shipped a replacement charging cable the same day. We sincerely apologize for that oversight.
As for the delivery timing, your package was delivered on the 21st, and while this was only a short delay beyond the estimated date, we completely understand how important delivery expectations are. We are continuously working with our logistics partners to improve this.
We genuinely care about providing excellent support and standing behind our customers. Your feedback helps us improve, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address these concerns.

After waiting for six months, Popsy finally contacted me and I was able to get my money back. I want to clarify that my feeling that they were an AI or a scam was not correct, thank God. However, because of the long waiting time, I had lost hope of ever recovering the amount. As they say, when we lose hope and forget about something, God may return it to us in the best way. In the end, my experience with them was not good, but they fixed the issue, and they are not scammers as I initially thought

وصل الطلب بعد ٣٢ يوم وحرق دم واعصاب واتصالات كتير علي البريد الإلكتروني احيانا يردو واحيانا ما يردون ويجي الرد الالي الذي لاينفع ولا يشفع ولا يوجد رقم تليفون للدعم ووصل التليفون به وصلة شاحن ودبوس ولكن لايوجد رأس الشاحن كما هو مروج في الاعلانات المروجه ل بوبسي لن اكرر هذه التجربه مره اخري معهم
