Having read some other reviews I was a little concerned about placing an order however the items I ordered arrived within 4 days, I received exactly what I ordered at a better price than any other website and couldn't be happier. Would definitely order from this company again.

I ordered a number of items, but unfortunately had to return as they were the wrong size (my fault).
The email exchanges I had with Vikki were very helpful & extremely quick.
I received my refund within the 2 week guideline, so no problems there.
Advice I asked for with regard to my next order, was again helpful & polite, the reply was quick.
Great prices & speedy delivery too.
I’m horrified by some of the negative reviews that have been left, as my experiences have been very positive.
I have already recommended Poinsettia to my friends & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them here!

I placed an order with this company on 30/8 As of today 11/9 I still have not received it. I have contacted customer service and had numerous exchanges with an individual named Vikki. The exchanges have been extremely frustrating and sometimes infuriating her general tone is rude and abrasive and she repeats their delivery policy ad nauseum even though they are flagrantly ignoring their own policy, which reads in part, dispatch takes 1/2 days my item was dispatched, according to Poinsettia 6/9. 8 DAYS. She will not concede in any way that there is a problem with the way the order and communication I’ve received has been handled and when I saw others reviews reflecting the same opinion I felt compelled to support them. This company by and through its customer service representative Vikki is totally letting down it’s customers. She is obnoxious to deal with and accepts no responsibility when things do go wrong, she blames Royal Mail, blames the customer for not understanding their delivery policy and when it’s pointed out to her that 8 days isn’t 1 to 2 days she had the gall to tell me she wouldn’t tolerate abusive behaviour. it’s looking as though this item isn’t going to arrive I’m dreading the return/refund process experience considering what the sales experience has been. SHAME REALLY. Update, item just arrived and it is the wrong item in the package not the item I ordered, be warned.

Think carefully about buying from this crowd... I would not buy from them again. Ordered two black Panache sports bras (in the same size), one underwired and one non-wired. Delivery pretty slow. The underwired one was well undersized and didn't fit me at all. Had to return AT MY EXPENSE! Had to chase refund, which I eventually got. The black non-wired one fitted just fine. So, straight away I ordered another non-wired, the same size, in nude colour. Foolishly I assumed the fit would be the same as the black one, and when the bra arrived I immediately broke off the labelling... but NO! It was noticeably smaller than the black one in both the cup size and around the back. It actually didn't fit me but as I had pulled off the tags I felt obliged to keep it. Luckily and eventually after weight loss it fits me now. The black one kinda still fits, it's just a bit big.

Not surprised Poinsettia had to have the last say about this... and they took their time in posting their response. I did take a long while to post my review. Maybe because I am sick of complaining about stuff generally. The two same-sized and style of bra I ordered were not the same size, and how do I know which one was right? We all know that different styles of bra come up differently in size and fit, but should not differ when the style and size is exactly the same. Now let that be an end to it!

I'm loathed to give them one star, but I must to give my opinion.
If you return anything you will be chasing them! If you don't you won't get a refund. It took weeks!
I returned a faulty bra after only one wear, the wire popped out at the front, I was asked if I'd washed it, improper wear or sizing! No.... Like I said... Only worn it once! I was told it would be returned to the supplier for their review and only then would they decide to refund or replace. I stated that my contract was with them, not the supplier. I actually got in touch with the supplier who confirmed this. After waiting nearly three weeks for a response I emailed them again stating I wanted an update and a refund! Funnily enough the next day I received an email from PayPal stating I would receive a refund.
I have learnt my lesson with this company, never again!
Beware, you've been warned!

Sadly, never received my order. After initial hiccups with delivery address, Poinsettia assured me they resent the items. I didn't get an updated tracking number. After various emails I still haven't received any communications. Reported them to PayPal but also there, slow process. Don't know what's going wrong there but very frustrating.

UPDATE: 1 day after posting my review on trust pilot, I received my refund. Still no communications. Also, I tried to leave a review on their mentioned customer reviews (on own website) but this isn't possible. There's only positive reviews on there because only happy customers are given access to leave a review.

DO NOT SHOP AT @poinsettia Items were returned, 14 days ago. Emailed Customer services, who requested proof of return. Sent it in and still telling me to wait 14 days, and refusing to refund. VERY UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Rude and unhelpful. WOULD AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS SITE! Escalated to Paypal!

Good bra, good price, speedy delivery. Will order from here again in preference to other online suppliers.

I had my doubts about this company, however, they had a sports bra at a really good price that I couldn't find anywhere else, so I bit the bullet and ordered from them - and I'm glad I did!

The order arrived on time and was well packaged, and I was very pleased with my purchase. The company themselves was fine too - I received an email upon placing the order and one for a shipping update.

Judging from the poor reviews, I think the key to placing an online order with Poinsettia is to create a login rather than ordering as a guest. It makes it much easier to track your order and you will encounter far fewer problems if something does go wrong with the shipping.

I was concerned after ordering a swimming costume from Poinsettia, then seeing some of the reviews on here. I remained optimistic but unfortunately I didn't have a very good experience as the swimming costume I ordered never arrived. They have credited the money back and luckily I had ordered a back up for a holiday just in case, but it's a shame that they didn't fulfil the delivery of the item as it looked like a lovely costume.

I placed an online order and have to date not received my order. I have emailed this company (as you can’t telephone them) to get an update on my order. They have not replied. I’m now seeking a refund via PayPal. 😡😡

Bras delivered today. Another great service from Poinsettia. 2nd time I've ordered from this company. I order the freya rio bras. Very comfortable and the price is good for these bras. I will be back in the future.

I only read the negative reviews here after ordering and was then rather concerned. The order went through straight away and a message was sent to say that it was complete, but clicking the tracking link through to their website seemed to indicate that the order was not progressing. After an instant response to an EMAIL about this, it turned out that you cannot track items if ordered as a guest. I needn't have worried though as the order was delivered promptly.

I'm really pleased with the service I received from Poinsettia Style. My order was received quickly and the product was as expected. I always buy Freya and was happy to find such good prices online. I had to return 2 items because they were too big and my refund was processed fast, I think in 2 days. I'll recommend to friends

UPDATE: Your response to my clarification that your emails were not helpful or accurate (below) was simply to 'cut and paste' your first response that your emails were helpful. This obstinate and lazy attitude is clear evidence that your customer service ethos is to ignore the concerns and feedback from customers. AVOID THIS RETAILER.

I am writing to address your own response to my poor review of your services.

1) Your emails to me were not helpful - you repeatedly refused to confirm whether or not you received the returned item. I still have not had this confirmed by you.
2) I did not refuse to provide my tracking number or proof of postage - I do not possess this paperwork and therefore cannot. I explained this to you very clearly.

I urge all potential customers of Poinsettia Style to read the reviews on this site and then read the responses from the Poinsettia Style customer service agent. The common themes are:

- Customers are losing money, either by items not being delivered or returned items not being refunded.
- Poinsettia Style refuses to provide confirmation of their involvement, instead pushing all responsibility to the customer and the Royal Mail.

The nature of Poinsettia Style's responses to all the consistently poor reviews (including mine) on this site is testament to their disregard to the customer. They display no interest in addressing what is clearly a persistent problem. They are not trustworthy enough for internet retail.

Super easy online shop. Helpful sizing advice and i was very happy with my really comfy bra. Delivery was quick and ill be back.

Paid for my item, never received even a "Dispatched" email. Tried to speak to customer services 5 days following payment via email just to ask if they had dispatched my item, informed me that I would never receive one as they do not track items unless you pay extra. Was told to wait 5 Working Days before talking to them.
Waited for 5 Working Days after speaking to the company. Nothing.
Emailed again with my concerns, was informed again that they do not provide even a dispatch email and that I hadn't paid for a guaranteed delivery date, so they wouldn't track my purchase at all.
Immediately requested my money back through PayPal as I had also read some very similar stories from other if you search for "Difficulties with Poinsettia Lingerie Online Orders".

I was careful enough to pay with PayPal, I suggest others do so.

An easy purchase from start to finish. Prompt delivery and return processed with no issues. People really should read the return policy before leaving negatives reviews, Poinsettia does note that returns can take up to 14 days. Some of the most helpful customer service I've encountered buying online. Poinsettia has been my go to online bra shop for years now!
