The worst POD company of all time
These guys do a lot of things right, in terms of product quality and services, but the most important thing wrong which is communication. And when they finally do comminicate, they lie, manipulate, gaslight, mislead and so on. We placed an order with a value of $3000, and the parcels have still not been delivered after 25 days. Do not work with these people.

The embroidery supported up to 15 colors and matched our brand palette perfectly, with no loss of detail or need for simplification.
NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
Part 2 of my order that needed to go to Ibiza. Its still in China and I placed the order on 12-11-2025. I have been emailing them (59 emails in total) about this order. 80% of the emails start with 'We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused' but they never come with solving this problem. We talked/mailed about 'delay compensation' were the customer support told how the policy works, after 5/6 emails they said:
Hello friend,
I sincerely apologize for the error and must clarify that orders shipped to remote areas via China Post are not eligible for our delay compensation policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Why don't you address this immediately instead of emailing 5/6 times.... I told them and I got the response:

Worst Costumer Service ever
Unfortunately, the negative reviews about PODPartner are true. Before ordering, I thought those were probably just isolated cases, but my own experience proved otherwise.
I ordered a T-shirt with embroidery on the front and DTG print on the back. The delivery took around 3.5 weeks. The DTG print was acceptable, but the colors were noticeably faded compared to other POD providers.
The main issue was the embroidery. I paid an extra digitization fee and received a preview file showing a readable design, which I approved. However, when the shirt arrived, the embroidery was barely readable and looked very different from what had been agreed on. After contacting support, I was simply told that the design was “too small” and that thin designs are not recommended. This was never communicated before production, making the digitization process completely pointless.
Other providers can produce readable embroidery using the same file, so the problem was not the artwork. I also never received a response regarding a refund or a redo.
Overall, very disappointing communication and customer support. I would strongly recommend choosing a different provider to avoid wasting time, money, and nerves.

My client received a tee with a terrible, faded print. I reached out to customer service, but they refused to refund me. I ended up refunding my client out of my own pocket. Totally dishonest — I’ll never work with them again

Worst company ever I have order more…
Worst company ever I have order more than 150 shirts and spend over 3k dollars and on my last order they messed up big time with stain shirts and insufficient color, I sent pictures and videos for the ones they were bad. In total they were 20 shirts from 115 shirts I ordered and Jekita Peng who is the one to give refunds she kept telling me excuses for not to refund the 20 shirts and she decided to give me only 7 shirts with a refund. Insane but that’s why you have reviews to help others not to buy shirts from this company. They also take forever to answer your complaints seems like they don’t care about customer service. Worst company ever I am done with this business forever.

Awesome company, good price, high quality products, only issue is shipping takes forever, but that is worth it for a better price and higher quality product, production takes longer because your products will go through a quality check by them which is awesome. W rizz
