Great Company. Wide variety of street wear clothing, they are always updating and adding more clothing and new customizations. I reached out on Instagram they responded quick and were very friendly and professional. Boris is the one who reached out he said to let him know about anything. It appears that they genuinely care for customers ideas and concerns. The samples I have ordered so far have all been amazing quality. No complaints!

The print quality and the turnaround times are really good for this print provider. I'm excited to test out some more pieces for my brand. Customers really enjoy the quality of the apparel.

The quality of the blanks and the print quality has been strong. The customer service, however, is atrocious.

You are routed to a single, highly-ineffective customer service representative whose communication and organizational skills leave much to be desired. You will wait days for a response -- and receive a response to a question you never asked rather than the question you did ask.

They do not notify customers of closures (e.g. Chinese holidays), and they do not notify customers of production delays, so when you have a pressing issue, you will not receive a response for days (I'm talking FIVE days) -- no matter which routes you try: email, chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger are all dead ends.

It could be a really wonderful service, but they need to get better trained and more effective customer services reps and systems in place. Because of this, I am unfortunately moving my business elsewhere.

The printing quality is really poor. The colors are faded, dull, and unclear.

The garment itself is okay, but the print quality is so bad that I cannot recommend PODpartner. In my opinion, PODpartner's only competitive advantage is its ability to offer a larger printable area. Unfortunately, that advantage doesn't make up for the poor print quality.

PODpartner should buy a better ink or better DTG machines.

I always use PODPARTNER printing brand because they have a good quantity and quality of different wearing pieces, and you can customize different parts with oversized print looks on the front, the back or on the sides sleeves. And not less important, the prices are very competitive. Only a little issue is a few quantity the colors of the pieces, it could have more choices.

The quality of PODPartner is world class heavyweigth frabrics and DGT, perfect for my streetwear e-commerce. However shipping takes soo long! I know they're improving in this area so I will keep trusting them. From Europe, I tested all other providers and no other had such good quality

"I chose this platform based on the positive reviews and promised high-grammage product quality of large brands (e.g., OrganicStarboy). However, as a boutique brand founder, the scenario I encountered in my first trial order was a complete disappointment.

Logistics and Delivery Problems: It took a full 21 days (almost a month) for my order to arrive. It's impossible to achieve customer satisfaction at this speed in e-commerce.

Fabric and Quality Deception: The product, sold as 400 GSM in stores, definitely doesn't feel that heavy; it's quite thin and feels like a standard fabric.

Faulty Workmanship: When the product arrived, there was a very poorly made, white layer right inside the seams, looking like it had been left unfinished. The visual quality and internal workmanship are unacceptable for a premium brand.

The Big Truth: While this platform directs orders from large brands with thousands of sales to the highest quality subcontractors and strict quality control lines, it condemns new boutique entrepreneurs to unchecked, defective, and low-quality subcontractor producers. Moreover, it completely ignores negative reviews on Trustpilot and only considers positive ones." By responding in this way, they are trying to hide this double standard system behind it.

Newcomers should be careful; you may not see the same quality service in your boutique orders as you do in big brands. Don't risk your money and time."

The branding you offer is clearly one of your strongest advantages. The level of customization (bags, labels, adjustable elements, etc.) allows brands to build a consistent and professional identity. The quality of the t-shirts and hoodies is very good, the finishes are clean, and the overall result looks serious and premium. The oversized cuts on the t-shirts are also very well executed.

Your team is also very responsive. The answers are quick, clear, and efficient, which is very reassuring when developing a brand. After comparing with other suppliers on the market, it is honestly difficult to find an equivalent in terms of overall quality and especially branding.

In terms of product development, it would be very interesting to expand the range with technical fabric jerseys, sportwear-style pieces (breathable material, athletic look, more structured visual finish), similar to what you see in football, motorsport, or sport-inspired collections. The current t-shirts are great, but this type of technical “jersey” product is currently missing.

It would also be relevant to go further with pants by introducing super baggy or mega baggy fits. These oversized silhouettes are very trendy right now and could attract a wider audience.

Regarding the Shopify integration, it works well overall, but there are still occasional small bugs or syncing issues, particularly with product descriptions. It is not blocking, but there is still some room for improvement to make everything perfectly smooth.

Overall, your quality, branding, and customization freedom are real strengths. With the addition of technical jerseys and super baggy / mega baggy pants, you could reach an even higher level.

The most horrible customer service ever. Basically were so late to respond and due to non response our $300 sample order went straight to their center to destroy the merch they apparently produced!? I don't know, definitely not worth throwing money into wind. Just avoid at all cost.

After reading the negative reviews, I was quite skeptical. Despite that, I still decided to order a sample because of the large DTG print they offer. I received my order in Europe within 11 days. The print looks really good, especially because of the large design, and the T-shirt itself is of nice quality.

I cannot stress how horrible this company is. Our orders to US customers took 12 days to dispatch and then 13 days to ship. When trying to talk to support staff, they were so unbelievably unhelpful, they wouldn't actually answer any questions asked. It was like we were talking to a brick wall. When our customers received orders, half of them complained about at least one thing, whether it was print quality, placement issues, sizing and so on. Do NOT waste your time with these guys.

Do not waste your time with these people. Things may look good on the outside but I promise you, you will severely regret it! Their print quality is horrible, their embroidery is fragile and messy, their HTV prints are not durable at all and deteriorate after one wash, despite them promising it won't. But worst of all is trying to communicate with them. They have a window of like 1 hour when they respond a day, and most of the time they don't actually help. You'll feel like you're talking to bots. Their shipping time is about 15 days on average to the US, and 1 in 3 parcels go missing. The only kind of good thing I can say about them is the quality of the garments, which isn't a surprise since they don't even manufacture them, they source from someone else.

We position our store as "premium casual," so fabric handfeel and construction are non-negotiable. PODpartner delivers on both. The heavier tees feel substantial without being stiff, embroidery edges are neat with no loose threads, and the color saturation on dark garments is impressive. After multiple wash cycles, the shape holds and there's minimal fading - exactly what we promise our customers.

My package was never delivered, it was sent to the warehouse, I was never provided the warehouse’s address to pick up, they never rescheduled a delivery, it was seating there in the limbo then eventually disposed. They refused to provide a refund or have my package resent. So I got robbed.

We place order with them 4 weeks ago and no information on any order so we contact and they ignore us. We are in process of reporting to authorities

Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had working with any person or company in my LIFE. And that's saying a lot.
