Horrific embroidery, poor management and service
My first print turned out okay, but I had two polo shirts embroidered as a gift. The quality of the embroidery is horrific, misaligned, and the packaged showed up fogged and the garment wet. Support service has not responded to me at all.
Before I put these orders in a met with two members at apliiq to ask about packaging and customization. The first meeting was great, she listened to my questions and addressed my concerns. The second meeting was her manager, immediately he was interrupted by more important people, and continued to have interruptions throughout the 30 minute call to the point where he just added the next call to ours.
Apparently his employee didn’t mention something about a QR code so he went through his standard script of packing instead of addressing the questions I had. After his speech and interruptions I finally with 3 minutes left on the call had a chance to ask one question. How he is the manager is above me, the employee that reports to him did amazing, he made me completely uninterested in going through with large custom orders. I’m already looking at printify and others.
