Great support and merch for streamers and content creators! I have been using fourthwall for about a year now and they have always been helpful and understanding on broken items on delivery or re-ordering a new item if the printed graphic is too dark. Highly recommend!

It's refreshing that a company this size still provides great service. They responded quickly and handled things very well!

I really like using Fourthwall — the page is clean, easy to navigate, and overall I love the experience. Setting up products and managing everything is straightforward, which makes it great for creators.

That said, communication could be improved. When shirts get backed up or something goes wrong, it seems like some staff don’t always provide updates. This can be frustrating because orders end up taking longer than expected to ship. I was expecting a faster turnaround time, especially for apparel.

Overall, it’s a great platform with a lot of potential, but better communication and quicker handling of delays would make the experience even better.

The product I ordered came quickly, looked great! However I had trouble with the site, and accidentally ordered twice. I immediately sent a message to cancel, but that did not happen. I got an email indicating that fast turnaround was key, and an apology for inability to cancel. This concerns me for my site, if a real customer has a real problem.

It is easily the best web host and E-commerce platform I have used yet. They are the only web host I have found that even has a free plan that lets you use your own domain name.
The customer service is also really good. They have a discord where people will answer your questions within minutes, and when I had a bug messing something up, I emailed support, and they replied in less than half hour and started fixing the problem.
I have no interest in ever going to anyone else. I used Shopify for a long time, but they charge your to death.

Fourthwall has been great as I experience the full learning curve of starting a merch shop! Their customer service and easy accessibility has eased my mind so many times.

Would never purchase something from here again. I placed an order, received an order confirmation immediately with a delivery estimate of March 12-13. On March 12 I checked my order, saw that it had never even shipped, and sent CS an email. I received an email confirmation that my email had been sent and an estimated reply time of 2-3 business days. It is currently March 27th and I have received no reply. I sent a follow up email to customer service on March 20th, also received email confirmation of that being sent and another 2-3 business day reply time. I simply do not believe that they are running 2 weeks behind on customer service emails. If they are, that is its own red flag. More than likely they have no idea what is going on and are just ignoring the email entirely. Either way, I will continue to steer people away from using Fourthwall as a shopping platform. I also would not sell on any platform that advertises the benefit of handling cs for you, because I am telling you that they will not.

Fourthwall's tech support was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my domain connected to my shop - the entire process was smooth and professional.

I absolutely love Fourthwall. Setting up my merch store was simple and seamless, and the integration with my YouTube channel was easy. I also appreciate that they handle the product images, which makes everything look professional.

My customers can shop without any hassle, and their support team is always quick, responsive, and helpful.

Amazing platform supper easy to set up and start.

Every time I contact the support folks at Fourthwall they go above and beyond to ensure my products are professional and perfect! They respond in a reasonable amount of time and always address my questions and concerns. I enjoy creating and selling with Fourthwall! PS DANTE ROCKS!

Did up some merch and ordered tests of each. One item arrived with horrible print quality. Assuming it was a side effect of the slightly different fabric this particular item had, I reached out to support, which responded within minutes. What was looking like it was going to be an epic customer support experience was anything but. The response was very terse and rude, essentially blaming me, with no explanations. The only thing different between this item and the others, which turned out great, was the fabric. It was clear they didn't bother to investigate my issue. I replied and told them I found their response rude and unhelpful and asked for more information (and provided more details and a comparison picture). I have not heard back - they ghosted me. After spending hundreds on test orders of everything, this was frustrating to say the least.

Edit after reply: Eli was the individual who blamed me without any investigation. It might well have been my fault but how would I know that without explanation of the issue. Raw blame is not helpful/actionable.

My ticket has been acknowledged. and gettihg attention now that Ive got public. Its clear they do not now what is going on though. I do believe they would get to the bottom of it but there are too many on demand merch companies to potentially subject my customers to an experience like mine. So I closed the ticket as it would be inappropriate to take their time if I am not going to utilize them.

I changed this review from 1 to 3 stars. They do what to solve it and mistakes and bad days happen but no one has acknowledged the poor behavior so I'm not willing to up it further.
