My review is in relation to the customer service I have received since I ordered a teeth whitening kit earlier this year. I chose to buy with Plus Dent after having a good experience with their aligner treatment in 2021.
I ordered the whitening kit from an email promotion sent by plus dent in early April - there was an 4 week wait time. I have now been waiting over 3 months. When I repeatedly followed up with PlusDent they said that there had been issues with the manufacture and shipping. My issue is with the customer service, I have repeatedly had to chase, staff seem unsure how to answer any questions and as of a the beginning of July I have only received automated email responses saying that my query is a 'priority' to them.
Disappointing service - if someone could actually reply to my email with an update it would be greatly appreciated.

This is a horrible company. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
They gave the a plan, the plan didn't deliver what i was promised. I had to make several calls and write several emails before they eventually accepted that the treatment didnt achieve what was promised.

They were suppose to monitor my fortnightly photo uploads but clearly no one was monitoring my progress.

The Company has since offered to make another treatment to correct their mistake but i have been waiting for this treatment since May. I have called, emailed and complained but nobody has called me back to let me know when the treatment is going to arrive. Please AVOID this company at all cost, they are hopeless and unprofessional.

Placed an order for new retainers to keep my teeth in place after my treatment since my old retainers started to break after a couple of months of use. Paid 120 pounds for the retainers and haven't heard anything about the order for 2 months. Despite reaching out to customer service several times I have received no response. I would like to get my money back please!!

The service at Plusdent was Incredible.
At first I was unsure however, I was made comfortable.
I hope to continue my journey with Plusdent to a better smile.

PlusDent was really accommodating with my needs and willing to listen. They even took my teeth scan twice because I needed to have it done again. Andrew from the finance team was also super helpful with getting my finance arranged. The treatment plan was made very quickly and I am looking forward to getting my aligners soon!

The overall experience was really good. I went for a scan and the dentist was very mindful in doing the overall check. He gave me a genuine opinion. He explained to me properly what my current teeth situation is and how the treatment would help.

I got a 3d scan of my teeth, the receptionist and dentist were very polite

Really helpful and informative visit. Provided some useful guidance for aligners treatment moving forward and also recommended other treatments I could benefit from. Would recommend!

Very impressed with the service, very professional environment and friendly staff.

It was a great experience. Starting with the booking, I was able to get my slot and properly assess in no time. The staff and dentist were friendly, and willing to answer your questions professionally. They will give you instructions which were very easy to understand. You can also choose how you pay your aligners. It was a great experience overall. I am gonna recommend it to my friends.

Yeah I appreciate the densit telling me things I didn’t even know about my teeth. So I’m looking forward to getting my Invisalign and see the change.

I can’t see any improvement. Some teeth moved around but there are only 3 weeks left of treatment and no real change.

The orthodontist was really helpful and went through the process with me patiently, excited to start my journey with plus dent!

My experience in the clinic was good. The dentist answered my questions and my concerns.

I started out with high hopes for these aligners.

I started them last March and they were meant to be finished in October.
They resent aligners which was meant to finish in December.

It's now the end of June and I am furious my teeth are STILL not aligned.

Even the actual dentist who did my now 3rd scan said this is happening a lot with this company.

I'm sick to death of this now. My time AND my money has been completely taken advantage of.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
I will be emailing an official complaint to you.

Well trained and friendly staff. Didn’t took so long for the treatment. Highly recommended.

Worst experience they lost all my personal details and ignoring all my messages, please do a very deep research where to get your alignment I would recommend Ruh dental they are simply professional or any dental just not them

I am so impressed with my end result! Great customer service and support throughout the process.
