The phone was shipped late and has a bad battery
The phone was shipped 2 months late but I understood that COVID cause that but now I’ve had the phone for 2 months and the battery health is on 90% which doesn’t make sense.

Expressed earlier how unhappy I was on your website with my phone only to find my comment was deleted. This infuriated me even more! Was basically teaching your team how to do proper PR and customer care as I had to ALWAYS reach out and ask about my accessories. From beginning I made it clear that I needed my phone at a specific time and it was promised that I’d get it then. Only for it to come mug later and I traveled back home. My battery health is currently at 90% in 3weeks! It was at 95% in a week. Yoh. Never recommending you people to anyone.

The delay in delivery again was caused by the Lunar New Year holiday but it didn't impact your order by a really long time. Delivery is supposed to take about 2-3 weeks but your order took about 4 weeks.
Concerning the drop in battery health, that is something that we aren't quite certain of but it can be caused by several factors including long shelf life which we think is the case with your phone. It doesn't happen often. It would have been nice if you mentioned that your phone is working just fine even though the battery health dropped. Your phone is covered under our warranty program, so you don't have to worry about anything.
We are grateful that you got to shop with us. Thank you for trusting us.
The delivery period is something we are actively working on. For many products, including the XR you bought, delivery will soon be in about a day or two from 2-3 weeks.
