Just to add some context, your order was for a small set of fibre washers with a very low order value, which meant it was sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, as outlined at checkout. As the order was placed after the cut-off on Friday afternoon, it was dispatched as expected on Monday. Unfortunately, once an item is with the courier, there’s only so much we can do.
That said, we’ll be reviewing this postage method. Two weeks is certainly longer than we’d ever want our customers to experience.

Two pumps,both leaked
I bought the combined automatic and manual pumps. Both leaked from where the motor body attaches to the valve body
Both were replaced promptly and work fine, but I had to replumb the tap temporarily and explain the situation to the customer, then return to complete the job. Not a good start for the first-time I've used the product.

Adjustable stair rods
Very good delivery time.
Only issue /suggestion is that the springs inside bars could do with being stronger to stop movement of bars on stairs.

6 days later after purchasing still not…
6 days later after purchasing still not delivered! I will never use this company again. They blamed it on the courier company because of the weather but the rest of the country is running just fine… I will be leaving a bad review. It’s now cost me a job and left an elderly person with no water.
It’s 2026 now not 1926 and a company this size including the world wide courier firm not to get it here in a reasonable time then they shouldn’t be trading.

Thanks for your review, and we’re genuinely sorry for the disruption this caused. We completely understand how frustrating delivery delays can be.
To clarify the timeline: your order was placed at 22:26 on Friday 2nd January 2026, during our clearly advertised Christmas closure period. At the time, our website noted on each product page and in the website header that we would reopen for processing orders on Monday 5th January. In line with this, your order was processed and ready for courier collection that day.
Unfortunately, DPD were unable to collect on the 5th due to weather disruption, and further delays within their network followed. While these issues were outside of our control, we chased DPD on your behalf and passed on updates as soon as we received them, keeping you well informed. We continued to monitor the parcel until it was successfully delivered to you on 8th January.
We regret that this experience fell short of expectations, but we do want to be clear that your order was processed and dispatched in line with our advertised service. The delays occurred within the courier network, not due to any issue on our side, and unfortunately there is only so much we can do once a parcel has left our warehouse. That said, we’ve fed your experience back to DPD in the strongest terms to help prevent similar issues in future.

Regarding the delivery, as explained previously, your order was placed after the 12:00 courier cut-off on a Friday. By that time, the courier collection had already taken place, so the next available dispatch opportunity was on Monday. Your order was therefore delivered on the next business day, Tuesday, exactly in line with the information provided at the time of purchase.
Our Shipping Policy explains this clearly, and each product page also includes a countdown timer which shows the next available delivery estimate.
With respect to your new comment about the product leaking, we take any quality concerns very seriously. We called you directly to resolve the issue and offered the appropriate options: either to pursue a manufacturer warranty claim or to return the product for a full refund.
Both options are standard and are designed to fully protect you as a customer. Unfortunately, you chose not to proceed with either during our call.
We are always happy to help and remain available to you if you’d like us to proceed with either of the above options.

Yes after an initial large hiccup in not being able to contact the company I can honestly say they went above and beyond to help me . The item I returned was originally sent via express delivery and arrived just 24 hours after order.I did experience frustrating issues in that the phone number appeared to be unavailable and e-mails went astray but once the problem was identified it was dealt with promptly and swiftly. Would I use the company again ? YES
