I have just made my first will with Pattison James Associates, which proved to be a very straightforward and smooth experience.

As not something that had every done before was a bit of an unknown, but Gary was superb throughout the whole process.

He phoned me the day before our appointment to check all was fine and ready to go ahead which was re-assuring.

On the day he talked me through the whole process and answered all my questions (quite a few!). There were things that I hadn't even considered but he was very patient and gave me some different scenarios to help explain which I found useful.

There was one thing that I wanted to think over, so we arranged a further call to go through that and complete the will.

Gary was very punctual with the phone calls, very helpful and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable - much appreciated.

This was the first time I’d even considered getting a will written up. Was very nervous about it but Gary talked me through it all really well. Gary was very respectful, reassuring and easy to talk too. Can’t recommend him any higher!!! Absolutely brilliant 👍👍👍

We wrote our will with Pattison James Associates quite a few years ago and we pay the yearly subscription for them to look after it. They have always been extremely efficient and recently we needed to alter the will slightly which was included in the price we pay Kayleigh dealt with this for us and was extremely helpful and the changes have gone through without any problem.

The communication from this company was perfect from start to finish. David was amazing; he explained everything and answered all my questions no matter how trivial I thought they were, he also wasn’t pushy and respected my wishes with regards to my Will.

This was my first experience of writing a will. The telephone appointment was on time and the will writer was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the whole experience very easy and straightforward. Every aspect of the process was explained in detail so was very clear to me.

Nicky Harrison was very helpful as I wanted to make changes to my will.
We talked through my existing will and how my situation had changed.
I didn’t feel rushed and Nicky explained everything clearly.

My appointment was with Kirsten, lovely lady who covered all aspects of the Will, some of which I didn’t think necessary. I can now rest assured that my wishes will be carried out should anything happen to me. My finances are safe and secure, my family will be looked after.

Kirsten, who dealt with my will was a very engaged not only in the process but also me as a person. I felt that by the end of the process we knew quite a lot about each other because she is very good at putting you at ease.
