Nicky Harrison was amazing. She went through everything perfectly & my wife & I have are wills set up.

I was very happy to put my will writing in the hands of this company Peter Harrison was very polite and courteous and made sure that I understood everything that he was explaining to me I would highly recommend this company

David Gee put me at ease straight away. He was very kind and courteous yet very professional but not pushy & explained each step clearly so it was easy to understand. He is a real credit to the company and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services for will writing.

We had an appointment with David Gee yesterday to make a will from a Groupon voucher site. The appointment took two hours and was very thorough. David was very professional , polite and knowledgeable. He was very helpful with setting up trusts in our will. He was very patient with our multitude of questions and we are happy that we now have forward Estate planning.

Would like to say a big thankyou to Kirsten. Had an appointment with this lady yesterday and what I thought was going to be a bit traumatic having to have a will drawn up turned out to be quite a professional and need I say fun 2 hours. Kristen your mint

Bought this through an online voucher site and the whole process has been really smooth ! Booking in was easy and we were offered an appointment really fast. David was the person who did our wills etc and talked us through everything , he was professional and very helpful. Of course there are other things you need to think about but they are important he didn’t make us feel bad for not doing them till I’m back off maternity. Would recommend :)

A very big thank you indeed to David Gee of Pattison James Associates for his care, knowledge, professionalism, friendliness and his relaxed, calm manner today during our Will Writing appointment by telephone. I say this as as someone who in the past who, acting as an Executor, has had complaints against solicitors upheld by The Legal Ombudsman.
David was thorough, covered all the bases, and took time to explain the consequences of different choices, and the benefits of LPAs and Trusts without pressure but identifying those he believed to be in my best interests on the information I supplied.
The prices quoted for additional services were very favourable compared to the prices of high street solicitors.
The quoted cost of secure document storage was also very modest. This is a service, I recently discovered, is no longer available at many solicitors and banks.
Great service today from David.
I look forward to speaking to him again when I update my Will when my circumstances change.
