Scam. No goods and no reply to query.

Disgraceful product, nothing like advertised on web site. Contacted them to seek return & received offer of 50% of next purchase but no code to claim it, not that I would ever purchase from them again. Any correspondence emails after that bounced back.
Shame I can’t post photos on here.

I would 100% recommend ordering i ordered a tracksuit and it came in the right size in under a week so i give syna world "5 stars" would order again

I ordered a pair of limited sneakers and waited in total silence for over a month. Since a month had already passed, I decided to reach out to check on my order, only to receive a cancellation email right after. To make matters worse, the email falsely claimed the order was "canceled at my request" – which is completely untrue. They handled everything terribly, and to this day, they haven't even taken the time to reply to my actual messages to explain what happened. If I hadn't reached out to them, when were they planning to inform me? Unprofessional and deeply disappointing. Avoid.

Purchased a tracksuit and unfortunately it did not fit my son so I returned it. Had no update on my refund, its been over 3 weeks since I returned it.I have tracked the return and it arrived the following day! Emailed 4 times, no reply!! Messaged the Instagram page.. no reply!!! Absolutely shocking customer services avoid at all cost!! £115 just gone down the drain!!

I wanted to return my order. I tried emailing the company, but got no response for two weeks. Sent the package back, paying for the shipping. The package has arrived at their warehouse more than two weeks ago, and I still got no refund, nor any response to my emails, or instagram DM's. This is crazy. My order number is #83176

Alle Shops hatten 12/2025 die gleiche Adresse in London / Baker Street, doch dort befindet sich (auf Nachfrage) nur das Sherlock Holmes Museum.
Wir hatten Kleidung bestellt, was nach 14 Tagen geliefert wurde war Fake-Kleidung aus China. Verpackt in einer typischen grauen Plastiktüte mit dem Absender "Shipper only, not seller". Eine telefonische Kontaktaufnahme war nicht möglich.
Bezahlt hatten wir mit VISA, jedoch hat plötzlich Paypal eine Zahlung an "Smart Tech Energy" bestätigt.
Aktuell liegt der Fall bei VISA/Paypal und wir hoffen unser Geld zurückzugekommen.

This shop is a fake one. Beware. I order a coat and it never arrive. I contact the company, they told me they will send me back another one, nothing. Now they told me both coat arrive at destination and I signed for. Never trust this company.

Big scammers. Don't buy. Just a big scam.

Unfortunately, my experience with Syna has been disappointing.
After cancelling my order, I only received a partial refund – the replacement voucher for the rest of the amount was issued but doesn’t work. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, the issue remains unresolved. I expected better support from a brand I trusted.
Customer support don’t even answer so baddest customer support i experienced!

They do not ship your orders for weeks. My order has not been shipped for over 4 weeks when it was expected to vome way before Christmas 2024 and still has not arrived!

Customers service is very very bad - they barely ever reply and even then do not help whatsoever!

They only selleing because if central cees name but dont really know how to manage a business.

Just stick to the trap because this business stuff aint for you lot.

It's been over two weeks since I ordered it. I received an email saying it would be shipped by the 13th, but it's already been few days since then. I am very worried because my package always arrives within a week of ordering.
Even if you contact customer support, you will get an automatic response from a bot and will not be able to speak.

I love this brand, I have ordered 8 different times and I got my items quickly every time and in perfect condition. Big up Cench and the mandem <3
