We wrote our first will. I was very apprehensive about the whole process prior to our meeting with Nicky - largely due to the legalities. Nicky made us feel at ease and explained things in simple English. We sent a list of further questions after the initial 2hrs meeting and Nicky replied immediately with detailed answers. We had a positive experience and took up the full service.

We were contacted by Gary who helped us update our will and to add Lasting Power of Attorney. As we have our original wills with this company, we had 50% discount and also 25% discount for our LPOA. Gary explained everything in full and anything we weren't sure about, he explained in detail. Great service. The only thing we would have liked is face to face instead of a phone call. We did try zoom, but couldn't get it to work! All good though.

We reviewed and updated our wills with Kayleigh Obongonyinge today. She was absolutely amazing spending over two hours going through everything clearly with us and did not rush us at all. We came away totally satisfied with the service we received. I would highly recommend using Kayleigh she is the best.
