Pip Decks Anmeldelser

Pip Decks are extremely helpful.
Maybe you know already some of the tactics, maybe you know already some practice.
But many (most, in my case) you likely don’t.
And the big picture you get is invaluable: which big questions to ask, how to organize your work, how to accomplish it, …
Even with just a few cards, I was able to get better at my tasks than before having the decks.

I recently tried PipDecks: Storytelling, a physical deck of cards designed to provide strategies for storytelling. While the concept is intriguing, my experience left me disappointed.

First, the positives:

- Design and tactile quality: The physical edition is well-crafted. The big cards feel sturdy and premium, and I enjoyed the tactile feedback of using them—something the digital edition lacks.

However, beyond the aesthetic appeal, the product falls flat:

1. Content: The strategies provided are underwhelming and “fluffy.” They cover basic ideas that are widely available online for free. For a product marketed as a storytelling toolkit, I expected more depth and originality.

2. Price: At €109, the deck is outrageously overpriced. Considering the likely production cost of under €10, it feels like the creators are positioning it as a “magic button” for storytelling success—but it doesn’t deliver.

3. Execution: The biggest flaw lies in the structure. Each card links to others, creating a circular process that prevents you from ever achieving meaningful results. This “endless loop” was frustrating and made the entire experience feel like a waste of time.

Final Verdict
While the design is impressive, PipDecks fails to provide value for its steep price. The content lacks substance, and the approach makes it nearly impossible to accomplish anything tangible.

I give it 2 out of 5 stars—a product that looks good but ultimately doesn’t deliver.

Pip decks are a game changer. After years of leading teams, many books and conferences later, pip decks brought new ideas into leadership, made the dreaded staff meeting more fun, and equipped growing leaders with tools to thrive. I had no issues with my order but noticed a missed opportunity on my part and the customer team was fast to help me get the best value for my purchase.

I can’t imagine a better customer service than Pip Deck’s! My order got stuck at customs in Brazil, went back to the US and they helped me every step of the way, very quickly and amicably. My emails were replied the same day I sent them and solutions were given to every problem that emerged - until I got my Pip Decks! I’m enchanted!

I had a problem with delivery and the suppport promply responded and resolved the issue. Thanks a lot! Xmas presents delivered :)

The customers service was great and Charles is great to work with. They took me through my inquiry pretty quickly & I am totally happy.

The decks are great and the customer service has been uber responsive when I've needed to reach out!

Great product and company - I lost the digital files from my original purchase when my Mac died.
I emailed them and they sent me them again straight away with a friendly message.
Recommended.

Amazing product and exquisite customer support

Besides the wonderful card sets, I have have received great customer support on my questions. Also, they have a regular mailing with all kinds of related extra info which has definitely added value to my learning experience.

The delivery service claimed not to be able to deliver. I couldn't contact them. So, I contacted PipDecks customer service to help. They replied quickly and arranged delivery to a pick up point the next day. Thanks!

I ordered a set of Storytelling cards. When they arrived, however, a small ink smudge from the printing process was visible on a few of them. I emailed customer service, and they sent me a new set without hesitation.
The cards are beautifully printed. It's a premium product, not only because of the content but also because of the materials and production value.
I'm using them to plan keynotes and presentations.

First the order got lost or wasn't shipped out but customer support was very helpful and shipped it out once more. Thanks!

I am currently writing my forth book and I never had so much fun as I'm having now with the genius help of my pip deck on story telling. I have a method of working with it - I bought the vegan leather case, and I connect with it with my heart, close my eyes, breathe in deeply, asking for what I want. Even though I always get the right cards, I am always in awe to see it in front of my eyes!...
Pip is also a great companion for my short healing stories.
Before I had a lot more work to get where I am now, thanks to my pip.
I keep my intuitive intelligence and become much more creative, but what's really important for me is having instant support and inspiring tactics that help me convey the message with much more connection to my audience. Infinite Gratitude.

Good to know how to handle a tail that wags the dog.

Super responsive customer service. High quality product that can be used in a variety of settings. My field is education and the activities are great for getting students engaged with their projects.

I received my first Pip Deck so quickly! I was surprised because I know this is a UK company and I'm here in the U.S. Then I saw the Pip Deck was delivered from a logistics company that was about 15 minutes from my home. Great job! I'm looking forward to ordering more soon. Thank you for your great emails and speedy service! Also, I bought the Idea Tactics and was delighted with the high quality of the cards. They are gorgeous. I love the thickness of the cards and the beautiful graphics and copy. Well done for an excellent job all around!

It helps to properly organize your thoughts and strategies for various scenarios. I think
It’s a must for anyone looking for inspiration, direction and fulfimrnr

I ordered two decks that I was planning on using for a facilitation workshop but nothing ever arrived. I contacted the post office and never received any updates or status on where the package was delivered. I am sure the decks are great, but the product delivery is part of the overall customer experience so this was a major fail.

Excellent product! While I love the physical deck, the online vault is also a great supplement to have. Customer service was very responsive to my needs and was able to address an issue that I had.
