I had ordered Pip Decks and they were shipped very quickly. However, for some reason, the package got lost with the delivery service. I contacted Pip Decks and received a new package without any problems.

Great customer service! The postal service in my city failed to deliver the parcel and returned to seller but Emily from customer support was very quick to reply to my email and re-shipped my order within minutes.

What Pip Decks does exceptionally well is turn complex subjects into clear, manageable, bite-sized ideas...without burying them in jargon. Their approach is calm, thoughtful, and highly structured, with an impressive level of attention to detail.

They’re also excellent curators of information. They don’t simply give you more content; they organize the right information in a way that makes it approachable and useful. I would never have gotten up to speed with AI nearly as quickly without their guidance.

Everything I’ve purchased from Pip Decks has felt carefully considered and designed to help people put ideas into practice. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to learn something complex without feeling overwhelmed.

The Negotiation Tactic cards have been absolutely invaluable in my career change from data into sponsorship co-ordination. From my first read through the pack, the increase in my confidence levels was marked - I felt more able to even pick up the phone and call a sponsor, knowing there was framework to fall back on. The cards themselves are easily followed and are written with concise detail that would be inclusive to those with English as an additional language. Each category is cohesive but the cards are individual and can be plucked without confusion to create the ‘recipes’ from the front of the deck. I cannot overstate how well written the cards are, and how accessible they are to a wide range of negotiators, from large-scale business management to small-stakes transactions.
The difference in my professionalism can be split into ‘pre and post-PIP deck’. I was incredibly lucky to receive the Negotiation Tactics deck as a present, and have gained the confidence and the theoretical understanding around something I never thought I had: the ability to negotiate professionally. I have been able to analyse my mistakes in previous negotiations, read the relevant recipes and cards, and I have seen the difference in my confidence and abilities from working with the cards. One example centers around 2 very similar situations: an unhappy sponsor and miscommunication regarding their contract. The ‘Plan’ category came in particularly helpful, I was able to establish a ZOPA and a Fallback Plan with my team so that, during the negotiation, I had the confidence to Drop The Anchor (‘Negotiate’ category) and anticipate where other cards needed to be skimmed and deployed. I had previously struggled to emotionally detach, and ‘Ride the De-escalator’ when a previous negotiation partner had become heated, and this shook my confidence in my negotiation abilities. After reading through the cards, I was able to identify where improvements could be made, and has reliably improved the outcome from emotionally tense situations to happy sponsors with mutually beneficial deals.

I truly did not expect to be so impressed by “a set of cards”, especially as I consider myself to be quite theoretically aware. However, I was humbled by how much I learnt by the first few cards, and how easy the cards were to implement at work. I have also found myself becoming not only a better negotiator outside of work, but also a better communicator and even a better person. The consideration for others without detriment to the self has been surprisingly transformative, the ‘Principles’ and ‘Active Listening’ categories have been particularly useful outside of work. I have found myself becoming a more out-going person who is far more confident in unfamiliar situations thanks to embodying the cards in these sections, and this has resulted in opportunities that I don’t think I previously would have had the confidence to experience. In part thanks to these cards, my professional life has improved, my personal life has improved, and I feel like a more confident and likeable version of myself.
Now my biggest problem is trying to get sponsors and clients off the phone!

These decks are amazing. As a facilitator often swimming in AI tools, it's so refreshing to break out one of the physical Pip Decks, generate a rock-solid concept for running a session with clients, and move so seamlessly to implementation.

I literally own every one of their products. The best ones are incredible, the worst ones are still pretty good.

Great tool, very useful. The customer service has been of great help in resolving an issue with the delivery. The first deck was somehow lost in Germany, they didn’t hesitate to take the matter into their hands and immediately sent another one, that was delivered just fine. I had to wait a bit, but even if it wasn’t their fault, they really helped out and even unlocked me the online version while I was waiting.

I have second-hand Storyteller Tactics deck, and I put it into practice at work. It gives recipes and practical advice. Great. Colleagues having some related Pip decks made me try. Great again. Thus, I decided to take the other decks to share at their use at the new location I get to work. Team workers already have started to ask about...
