Pip Decks Anmeldelser

Great, responsive customer support that was on topic and met my needs. Thank you, Pip Decks!

Initially, my order wasn't processed, but Pip Decks handled the situation impeccably. Quick response, efficient solution, and excellent communication. The package arrived swiftly once the issue was resolved. Their customer service transformed a potentially negative experience into a very positive one. Recommended for both products and support.

Their Customer Support is great! So attentive and kind! I had some issues at Customs to receive their wonderful cards, and they were always there to help. Thank you so much!

Good product, triggers new thoughts and comes in different formats, with templates. I was very impressed by the customer service; I forgot to download the electronic card versions and the links expired. After months I wrote an email to ask if they could help. Within a day I received new download links. I was very impressed and truly felt treated as a customer. Thanks guys!

I had an issue with the delivery of the Storyteller Tactics deck I ordered. I contacted the customer service that quickly answered. They took time to genuinely understand my situation and they solved it fast! Pip Decks is a company that can be trusted and I'm ready to buy from them again.

I love all of the Pipdeck cards - they are not only wonderfully designed but also really helpful. What I like most about them: The cards come with digital add-ons. There's the vault where you can download all cards either as PDFs or ready-to-work on Miro boards. Then, there are explanatory videos, which are great for understanding how a specific card can be used in a specific setup. I bought the bundle (5 decks) about two years ago and don't get tired of using them!

I have discovered gold, diamonds, and gems in your pip deck support system. The world has lost touch with who they are. They have decided others are wiser than them, richer than them, and more proficient in matters that involve communicating with them.

I find it gratifying to know, how a set of cards inspires the way we think, reason, and use communications to improve our world.

The cards are great as a stand alone, but the extension effort to see vault and sequenced card sets for understanding how to arrive at a message, which is heard, seen, and understood.

Thank you.
By the way,
You would not happen to have a download for the negotiation tactics would you?

Have a great day!

I have found PipDecks amazing to help focus and organize my thoughts. I have now used the workshop tactics on several occasions with great feedback after my workshops. Many people ask how I was able to put all of those great activities together and it becomes a wonderful opportunity to showcase PipDecks. I have both the digital and physical cards. I didn’t think the physical cards would be helpful at first, but what I love about them is I can lay them out, arrange them, rearrange them and all very quickly while maintaining a high-level view.

Great quality cards and case. Will last me a long time.

I didn't receive the package and no one contacted me for delivery!!

I am requesting an immediate refund please...

Just so useful. These decks and their associated navigation steps have been pivotal for me gathering my thoughts when translating client needs into required workshops, activities and team tactics.
Love em.

The quality of the cards is great! Customer service for a shipping delay was top notch! I can’t wait to go thru each box for ideas to help me in my new role.

Pip Decks are like books you can literally play with.
Each deck is a rabbit hole of mental models from which you will come out and truly "Think Different".
If you are serious about expanding your Thoughtware, this collection is invaluable.

These cards are so clever and making you think outside the comfort zones of why you think your idea is brilliant. It allows deep dives into how to anticipate an issue and then solve it, well before it becomes an issue. They are so unique, there is nothing like it out there.
You get the best out of them when used with the videos on the Vault.

PIP decks are such a great tool for boosting creativity or getting unstuck. The cards are super easy to use a full of awesome ideas. I use mine all the time for meetings, storytelling, creating presentations and strategies.

Great support! Thank you very much.

I had an excellent experience with customer support. They were responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved quickly. Additionally, the quality of the pip cards is outstanding! The design and the techniques are very useful the attention to detail really stands out. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the overall service. Highly recommended!

Big fan of the system. I have all the decks and treasure them for different reasons, their purposes are self explanatory and they deliver on the content. I have presented an academic poster on Storyteller Tactics and have used the Workshop Tactics and Strategy Tactics system in three different interactive workshops. Really good system, very approachable content, breaks down difficult concepts into bite-sized pieces. I would compare this to a 'reader's digest' version of the source material or 'cliff notes' rendition of a play.
My only two gripes are the price point and difficult to unsort cards if they get mixed between decks. Difficult to put a price on value, but if you treasure it, they will shower you with treasures in return, so I think the price is worth it if you can afford it. If you are on a budget get the digital version then print your own at staples or kinkos, put them in card sleeves if fancy. If you buy it and let it collect dust then just like anything that's on you. Would like to see a stamp with a symbol on the cards to help sort them back into the deck where they belong (think dominion card game).
Overall great investment.

The product is great. Getting the product was extremely frustrating. My parcel was not even shipped. And when it was finally shipped the delivery service needed me to give them an importers code in order to get my parcel through customs. The user experience of this whole process was shocking. I was super stressed the whole time especially because it is NOT a cheap product at all. So word of caution on this front.
