Great product with great support. It's like all of human problem solving knowledged in a few decks of cards. I first got them during the pandemic when I had to figure out how to facilitate online. And I've become a huge fan - and encourage everyone to try them out. Quick and complete customer service. ongoing resources and support. Definitely worth getting the full package!

I ordered the full package on November 29th, and it still hasn't arrived (December 14th).

The company is not responding to emails or social media messages.

I assume I will need my card provider to issue a refund.

I cannot comment on the product quality, but the customer service is nonexistent.

Completely unsatisfied with my entire experience with Pipdecks.

I ordered physical and digital decks as a part of their Black Friday 2024 promotion. Initially, I only was going to order the physical decks, but on the checkout page, It clearly states “30 Day Risk Free Trial - If you aren’t 100% happy - return within 30 days for a full refund”, So I decided to buy both.

After noticing my package was in a ‘label printed, USPS awaiting package’ status, I reached out to customer service to have them look into it 3 times. The collective response was ‘we appreciate your patience, we’ll look into it’. Two weeks after the order and no progress on my package, I requested a refund.

The next day, they said they couldn’t process the refund because - the product had shipped.

At that point, the offered an additional discount due to the delays. I said I would consider it and I requested a refund on the digital only portion. That request was denied and I was referred to their refund policy.

The refund policy page states that digital decks are excluded from the return guarantee. This is 100% in conflict with what is on the checkout page, making me feel totally mislead.

After pointing out this conflict to customer service, I got a canned email referring me back to the refund policy, and that “they truly value my feedback and will share with the internal team, we hope for your understanding in this matter”

At this point, I’ve sent an email to the CEO of the company to see if he will help, as customer service has been unable to do so in a a satisfactory manner. Hopefully he can make this right.

I can't speak on the quality of the product as I bought this product a gift for my girlfriend but the customer service I received was top notch. My package was dispatched from Seattle and somehow ended up in Alaska. I live in California so I was worried my package was gonna get lost in the North Pole and I would have to rely on Santa to fly his sleigh over to my parents house to somehow drop the package in time for Christmas. Luckily Ino was there to help and followed up with the carrier to ensure the product made it to my house in Calfornia where it belongs. Now my gf will be happy knowing that she received her gift in time for Christmas.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Pip Decks, and I must say, they truly excel in both product quality and customer service. Their offerings are top-notch, especially for those looking to improve their processes. The designs are innovative and practical, making a significant difference in efficiency and workflow.

What impressed me even more was their commitment to ensuring smooth shipments, when ordering physical decks. They were incredibly helpful, going the extra mile to provide support and ensure everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Amazing products (physical card decks in high quality) and very good web app, which enables me to use the virtual card decks in a very productive way.
Normally everything works without any support needed.
If you have a problem like I had last week, they help you in a quick and competent way.
I almost purchased every card decks.
The remaining card decks will be purchased for Christmas and on my birthday next year.
It is so exciting to learn from and with those cards. They are well thought through.

I like the design/illustration, however, the concepts are not as practical (at least Team Tactics). Ending up purchasing a different brand that addressed more frameworks that were less conceptual and more practical.

The team at PipDecks has delivered fantastic customer service! They’ve recently reimagined how they offer their digital and physical decks, creating a more user-friendly experience. Digital decks now come with access to their new app, available online and on iOS/Android. The Digital deck includes the deck, video content, Miro boards, and the ability to download PDFs and JPEGs of the cards—a truly comprehensive solution.
During this transition, they actively consulted with their customers, listening to their needs and workflows to develop what I feel is a highly customer-focused solution. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
It seems they’re upgrading customers who previously purchased Vault access to the new digital versions of the decks. On top of that, they generously upgraded me to the digital versions of all my decks, even the ones without prior Vault access. Such thoughtful service makes a big difference!

I am now a raving fan! I jumped on their early Black Friday promo and bought 6 of their decks for myself and a few for a friend. I am a real estate broker and my friend owns a medical practice. We both found so many strategies immediately to help with our year-end planning for 2025.
My husband runs the global security operations center for a large company and he immediately grabbed the Retro deck and found it incredibly useful in his business. No matter who you are, you NEED these in your life. I promise!

Katherine from their support team not only replied personally but also upgraded my account for free, ensuring I could fully enjoy both the physical and digital experiences.
