Just what I needed when I was in pain and could not sleep, on holiday outside of the UK. Accurate diagnosis and the physio videos were easy to follow. Would use again.

Easy to understand exercises and great advice
I have tried the trial and have more of an idea of what is wrong with my shoulder and will do the exercises whilst waiting for my physio appointment in 3 weeks, I liked the videos and voice explaining all the exercises very well. I would recommend them and may return to use them in the future but just used for the trial this time. Easy to cancel the trial, give them a go, less than £3 and great communication to contact form.

I thought the quiz was very thorough. Also, all I wanted to do was the exam and they did that and canceled the rest of it for me immediately I am impressed.

Great app
Great app. Provided me with advice when I needed it without having to visit an actual physio (I didn’t need an example nation just a diagnosis). Had a problem finding out how to cancel my subscription but I sent a message which was answered within an hour with reassurance that my subscription had been cancelled but that I could reactivate it at anytime should I need to.

Very quick response to my query. Just wish the subscription had been a bit clearer at the outset but trust they are correct that it was mentioned on the trial. It did seem to suggest not a subscription as there was a small fee for the initial consultation.
