Great service really helped with possible diagnosis of my pain issues.

Was interesting experience but the end result didn’t seem to match what I thought. The exercises were very good and I think they will help even though I am not convinced the diagnosis is totally correct. I wanted opportunity to ask some questions

Ok - I found this resource whilst searching for assistance with a shoulder problem. I was looking for help with diagnosis and possibly treatment options. The app allowed a 7day trial for a reasonable fee. The diagnostic process was great and gave me an insight into multiple possible issues, ranked by probability. There was also an offer of a program to help alleviate the symptoms, linking to another site with a program code. Following the link, the program code was not recognised so I could go no further with that option.
I decided to cancel my trial rather than allow monthly charging to start after 7 days. There was no option to cancel in the app and the subscription was not listed in my Apple account. I contacted support and they kindly and swiftly offered to cancel the subscription for me. Note: online it does say cancellation is on option on the web site when logged in so maybe it’s not a feature of the app but only the website?? I did not check this.
Overall a good experience that helped me with my issue at the time, but the problems encountered (program code not recognised, no cancel option) made me question the legitimacy of the site/app at times. Support was quick and effective (assuming I don’t get charged a monthly fee).
PS - when I first accessed this resource it was as Physiocheck.us - later it appeared to be Netherlands-based as Physiocheck.nl and I now notice my review gets listed as Physiocheck.co.uk
Confusing and potentially misleading…..

As soon as I emailed, same day got response to cancel my subscription. I’m trying to reduce my subs. I like the platform. However, translating the company after I began the trial for 7 days was impossible as PayPal lists the company as: hierhebikpijn.nl B.V. I finally just put that listing in search and it came up as physiocheck.
Be aware so you can follow up in the event you need to do the same.

It's readily available if needed again. Appears accurate and not just a questionaire to get the response they want. I believe an honest company. Quick and to the point. I may do another review because I made a mistake on one answer that was important but I didn't go back to fix it so that could change everything of course. OK Thanks then!
