They make you do a long winded questionair which takes ages with all kinds of info needed to diagnose your problem and at the end you have to subscribe and pay to get the results, not impressed,,,,

With a small contribution for the unique self-check, we offer the quality we stand for. At the start of the check, we inform our visitors about the price (above the NEXT button).
You get a trial period of 7 days, and if you are not satisfied during this trial period, you can easily cancel your subscription in your account or by sending us a message. Our customer service is available 7 days a week, and we always respond within 1 day. You only paid £2.49 once for the result of the test and the 7-day trial period during which you receive exercises for your condition. You are not tied to a monthly subscription; this can be canceled at any time.

There are several ways to cancel your subscription:
1. You can do this yourself in your account by following these steps:
You can log in to your account using the previously provided credentials. To cancel your subscription, please navigate to the My Account > Subscription page and then click on the subscription. Please don't forget to click the 'confirm' button.
2. By sending a message to our customer service. We are available 7 days a week and always respond within one day.
Honesty and Integrity
I’m an OAP Disabled, not great. Eyesight!, made a Blunder while doing the TestTook monthly fee from my account. Sent email to them. Answered within a couple of hours sorted out everything for me😊. Highly Recommend this Company for their fantastic Customer Support, Understanding and Honesty!. Thank you all😊. By the way the Test was amazing, put me on the right road to Recovery 5*****.

Excellent and easy to use app and a company of real integrity
I signed up for the free trial because I had very bad shoulder and neck pain. I used the app for a diagnosis and an exercise plan, but this didn’t solve the problem. I forgot to cancel the free trial free trial and was therefore charged the monthly fee. I informed customer help that this had been inadvertent and so without any question they refunded the fee. This is the kind of customer service I rate highly and I will definitely use Physiocheck in the future now that I’m aware of how the app works and the excellent ethics of this company

scam Physiocheck company
scam, think they us AI to diagnose your issue, yes I did pay £2.49 for this but there was no indication on the page that I would be charged a monthly subscription after 5 months I notice a strange debit of £9.99 under the name HIERHEBIKPIJNNL and having no idea what that was queried it with amex and after investigation I had been charge a subscription for 5 months. silly me for not checking more thoroughly. Reading trustpilot here i see many people falling for the same trap/scam.
There was only 1 email very initially stating welcome to register with them but nothing after to say anything about any subscription.
Not a legit company in my books,

You may not have seen this, or you may have overlooked it, but you could have prevented the payment by cancelling your subscription during the 7-day trial period. We explicitly mention all this on our checkout page and pricing page:

Excellent Support and Outstanding Customer Care
I had a billing issue and reached out to Physiocheck. Their support team responded quickly, kindly, and with great professionalism. They not only explained the situation clearly but also went above and beyond to resolve it for me. I truly appreciate their understanding, responsiveness, and excellent customer service. It gives me confidence to use their platform again in the future if needed. Highly recommended!
