So happy I did it. Learned so much about myself and about the CP industry. But one thing is for certain. These people love their jobs. The amount of time spent on us is way over the expectations I had. So I am forever grateful for what they have done for us. Thank you.

When learning a practical lesson it would be good if there was a demonstration was given first before the talk through. Also when given a time a to come in instead of having the class sat around waiting you should start when told to come in. Being told what time you start the day I believe should be given at end of each day when finished not waiting around until late at night. Would be good to be given a insight to the hostile work for the people that want to do it. The firing day you should get more hands on instead of 10 rounds and fire a air rifle. Believe there should be more exercises to conduct give each member the experience of doing at least one job role within the close protection team. The two instructors was good overall. Do move foot drills as well. A insight of the kit and equipment that is used as well would be good as well and maybe get hands on some of it. Also for the final exercise should be able to use radios as well as your phones.

The way the course was delivered effectively and with clear communication, very interactive with very appropriate days out in the field. Learning on the job and experiencing real life situation i believe I’ve gained a good insight into the role of a CPO the knowledge I’ve acquired is invaluable and certainly equips me the skill set to pursue a career in this field.

Phoenix provided a great training module that gave us more experience than what is required for just getting an SIA license because we got to feel what it’s like to operate in live situations multiple times and learn from previous mistakes, the instructors are very intense and put lots of pressure on us but it helped me to learn a lot in a short space of time.

I thought that the overall course was run professionally, to a high standard and with instructors who clearly had years of experience in the industry. The instructors delivered teaching well and were happy to make sure that everyone understood what was being taught. My favourite part of the course was the driving day. The driving instructors gave clear and easy to understand teachings for each lesson and I gained a lot of confidence and understanding that day in advanced driving.

Training was in depth and well provided, instructors were good at getting the information across during lessons and operations.

Great knowledge by the tutors and information that was given and real life experience and what it takes to be a CPO

The course was okay but I felt it was a very brief course, a lot of work though so if you do the course as I imagine others are the same be prepared for the mental aspect, but I look forward to opportunity’s it may bring.

The instructors maintain a professional approach to teaching, they have clear subject knowledge and are passionate about what they do.

The tutors have been very informative and the overall experience has been very enjoyable and has opened my mind to different avenues and industries.

It’s probably one of the hardest courses I’ve been involved in but what I learned not only essential skills and knowledge but about who I am. The instructors push you to be the best you can be and I will never forget my experience. Thanks guys

Very professional throughout the course. Any pressing questions I had were answered by staff involved. No issues with how class was taught.

The instructors as very informative and you cover everything you need to know about close protection plus more

Overall course was great. Instructors were great and knowledgeable. Very intense at the beginning bit because of what the course is it is needed.

The instructors were really good and so
Knowledgeable and also helpful I learnt a lot about myself during the course.

Life changing course delivered perfectly great instructors truly a great experience

It was a great learning experience and has also helped me with my future prospects.
My only gripe is that the firearm training was a complete let down and that we could have been shown how operatives deal with scenarios properly.

A fantastic experience with an elite company. Without doubt the best to pass with
