Beautifully curated posies! Fabulous! I sent a posy with a lovely vase as a gift to a friend. She was delighted and sent me photos as the flowers opened more each day! They are a lovely size and have very beautiful flower choices in every selection. I love these so much!! I absolutely recommend them - order some today and enjoy!

I have always had a good experience of flowerbe however I ordered some flowers for my sister 27/10 to be delivered as soon as possible as she is not well. And a week later I am still waiting for these to be delivered! I contacted them to ask when they would be delivered and received a very confused e mail back saying that they were unclear what they were to do ? I had ordered and paid for them - JUST DELIVER THEM ! I am so disappointed as this is just too late.

I placed 2 orders with Flowerbe, the first to a friend and there was no gift card in the delivery.
The 2nd order I placed was meant for another friend, however as the website was a little confusing they ended up being delivered to me. I reached out to Flowerbe and they basically said it was my fault and there was nothing they could do.
As I received the flowers I did get to see them and was very disappointed. The colours are no where near as vibrant as the website indicates and the quality is poor.

It's a great way of getting a cute little bunch of flowers to my daughter at Uni.

Flowers arrived on time, were just like the photo, my friend was thrilled. She had never received from you , but was so impressed has been telling everyone about you, and flowers still looking ok. So I will order again. The flowers received by another friend were scruffy and didn't match the photo or discription. But this delivery helped. Thanks.😀

Lovely flowers. delivered on time to the right place and person - despite errors on my part. Terrific customer service sorted out my mistakes and all was well!

Was much smaller than expected. It was definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend.

I ordered flowers from this company for a special gift . The flowers turned up 3 days late ina very sad state . Whilst I appreciate this was the fault of the delivery company I emailed the company twice and have never had a response. I will definitely not use them again .
As an update I have now had a response ( after 3 emails ) they hope I enjoy my flowers !!
Albeit dead ones ! Be very cautious.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend who really needed a boost. I placed the order on 01 September and the confirmation email promised 24 hour delivery by post with this note at the top of the email confirmation
"Your selected delivery date!
Delivery Date: 02/09/2026
Delivery Day: Wednesday"
It is now Friday 04 September.
Nothing has been delivered to my friend. I gave Flowerbe her workplace address specifically because there is always someone there in standard working hours - and a letterbox if the postman arrived early - but nothing has arrived.
On the fourth day after ordering and being assured that the flowers were on their way, those flowers (if they were ever sent) will be dead.
I tried to phone the company but the phone line is also dead. I think that speaks volumes about their lack of customer care.
Frustrated by the lack of direct contact and also by the lack of any tracking information other than the flowers would be sent by Royal Mail Tracked24, I emailed them at the only email address available to find out what on earth had happened to my order.
I got this response

"Thanks for reaching out to our customer support!
We’ve received your email and will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that our team works Monday to Friday. During busier periods, please allow up to 2–3 working days for a response. We really appreciate your patience while we work through all enquiries as quickly as possible."

So any delivery will now definitely be dead flowers - which I actually think will be very upsetting for the recipient.

I am appalled by the failure to fulfil the order and deliver on the day that they specified in writing...but I am deeply upset by the absolute failure to provide adequate customer care or updated information - e.g. "we are sorry that your order has been delayed" or
" there had been a delay in sending your order; are there any alterations you need to make to the address given that the delivery will happen on [different day]_
but Flowerbe.co.uk have told me nothing. My friend has not received the flowers. And both of us are very upset.
If that is what you want from a letterbox flower company, then go ahead and order. If you want fresh flowers delivered on the date that the company tells you they will be delivered, then I suggest you look elsewhere because Flowerbe are absolutely unreliable and the customer is left completely powerless to do anything to resolve the situation.

My daughter was thrilled to receive these beautiful flowers! She sends them regularly to other people so it was special to send some to her. They are carefully packaged and look sensational when they come out. I was delighted with my purchase. Thank you! 😊

Bought the original botanical letterbox posy for a friend after a big life event for her and her family. She said they received quite a few bunches of flowers, but this one was genuinely their favourite.

I found this LOVELY company many years ago and have been using them since! Sometimes 'a little can say such a lot', especially when you don't know what to say. Consistently, beautiful, lasting quality, consistently great customer service, consistently on time! What more can you ask for!

I just wanted to write that the customer service I received recently, was absolutely excellent. I’d experienced difficulties with receiving my flowers, but after contacting the company, they very kindly sorted out everything in double quick time, and made sure I received my flowers after all. I’m more than delighted with the service, and the flowers are absolutely beautifully crafted, presented and look amazing. Thank you so much for making my day.

I know it states a posey, but I expected something slightly lager, they fitted in a mixer glass. Were delivered two days late. The flowers were dried up & flat. Hoped they would improve once in water, but sadly not. Very embarrassed for my friend who sent them to me. I didn't have the heart to tell her. A waste of her £19. I would not use of recommend
