Joanne was so helpful in making my booking as it was a bit more confusing than the booking form would allow. Great service.

Tried online to book an holiday in Northumberland everything fine till I had to enter coupen kept saying invalid I then rang the no given and a absolutely lovely helpful women called Donna sorted it rang me back and went through it while I was online excellent service and professional.

I booked three separate dog friendly hotels to stay three consecutive months and thanks to Donna all went smoothly. I would highly recommend PetsPyjamas to all dog loving people.

Zahraa organised our trip to Liverpool as needed somewhere to stay for my daughter’s graduation , wanted a spar hotel which allowed our 2 chihuahuas . The hotel found fitted the bill & the location is perfect.

We have used pet pj's a few times now and have found them so helpful. Today for the first time we had some difficuly with booking a mini break. JOANNE was excellant and very patient in trying to solve the problem. Thank you.

Alison Reynolds was so helpful when I had questions about our booking she phoned the venue found out the answers and contact me straight back. Everything was done with there and then on the phone now just looking forward to our trip.

First time using petspyjamas and was impressed with discounts made for 3 night stay at a Yorkshire hotel. Infact after receiving a favourable quote I received a further £25 discount from Ashley at petspyjamas that result in the total stay being £200 cheaper that hotel website.
Sadly getting fed up of too many follow up promotional emails since I made the booking.

This was my first time using Pets Pajamas and I couldn’t fault the service at all . Was easy to navigate the website and the customer service was impeccable especially from Paul Jackson who was so helpful and prompt . Will definitely be using this again to book a break away with my fur baby !

This will be our second experience with PetsPyjamas, the first was in Yorkshire last year which was exemplary.

My first booking and will not be my last as impressed by the service. I had speedy updates from Joanne letting me know when the booking was received, confirmed and detailed information. Being able to book with no additional charge for my dog is a plus, great value as better than the price on usual sites.

New to the service but just booked a break away with our puppy. Website was informative and easy to navigate and had a nice follow up txt from Donna just to see if there was anything else we needed. Great experience with them so far and can't envision a reason why we won't book with them again

Joanne Westcar made the booking very easy and simple, plenty of good advice from her. This is the second time I have used PetsPyjamas and will certainly be using them again
