Fantastic service from Alison quick response to questions, fast and efficient booking process.

Make sure you scrutinse the cancellation policy. Whatever the PetsPyjamas policy is can be overruled by the accommodation's own cancellation policy. They can take all of your payment (which they did). The accommodation providers cancellation policy isn't stated anywhere in the booking confirmation. This 'take your full fee' is alluded to on the PetsPyjamas site but you won't know until you have to cancel. I would check with the accomodation provider or PetsPyjamas what exactly the providers own cancellation policy is before making any booking.

I am sure that this service is wonderful and engaging for people with dogs, and I subscribed when my dog was alive because I wanted to take him on holiday. He died over 2 years ago and I have been relentlessly asking this service to stop sending me emails reminding me of what I have lost. I am at the end of my tether now, it is clear they don’t read the unsubscribe messages and I have emailed personally on several occasions asking them to stop sending me emails. I am afraid that my limited experience of this service is a terrible one and the lines of communication are very poor.

Found the ideal break via the Pets Pyjamas site, was sent a quote for by Joanne, which was a good rate and very clearly set out. Her email encouraged me to get in touch with any queries, which I did and she came back with answers. Great service.
Now looking forward to our break!

First time booking with this company and Alison was very helpful offering a variety of rooms for our desired hotel and dates. Can't see any reason at present why I wouldn't use this company again.

The service from this company is great. this is our second booking with them. communication is great and all staff are great. the bookings run smoothly and our dog gets well looked after. I had to change my booking today and Alison was marvellous at getting me the same room that I had requested.Alison was a pleasure to deal with. we will book again. thank you Alison.

Now I would like to add that after paying my deposit I received an email to say the price of my stay has almost doubled due to an error, clearly not happy as I’m now cancelling!

Petspyjamas have a great selection of dog friendly hotels to choose from. Alison was very helpful and friendly helping us secure our booking. This is our third time with PP at different locations - definitely recommend
