So so easy to book. Joanne my Concierge did absolutely everything to make the process smooth with no stone unturned and the absolute best option for me and my Airedale Terrier Alfred.

Just booked a stay for me, the wife and the puppy with petspyjamas at Faversham Arms Helmsley for a weeks time. I had a couple of questions about the hotel before I booked and Zahraa got me the answers. Zahraa responded quickly on all correspondence. A very good experience.

Having had a few problems trying to book with our vouchers Paul stepped in & had it all sorted very quickly. Any querying emails are answered very quickly & we are now excited to be going to a hotel with our 2 dogs.

I had a problem and had to contact Pets Pyjamas to ask for help. I was delighted at how all the staff there were easy to chat with and very helpful. Paul in particular went the extra mile to help me. He kept in contact with me and sorted out my problem by the next day. Although I have never met Paul I feel his kindness and attitude make him feel like a friend. Nothing was too much trouble . So far experience has been great. The website gives so much information about each place and the 'rules' for dogs. Which a lot of places miss until you have booked! Jodie was very helpful and chased the hotel quickly for me as it was a last minute booking/quote. Fingers crossed for a lovely stay soon.

Booking was so simple, we got great advice, and we are going to The Glencoe Inn, where our wee dogs are welcome in the bar and the restaurant

We initially struggled with some hotels on the website, but we did manage to request a couple of quotes. A member of PetsPyjamas called us to see how we were doing. They were patient, helpful and gave us a couple of recommendations based on our requirements. We've booked a short break in The Cotswolds and are pencilling in another in Cambridgeshire later in the year.

We have booked with Pet Pyjama a few times now and have been please with the help the advisors provide and the prompt responses. Paul in particular has been very helpful to me with my queries with my latest booking for 2024.

Rang for a very last minute deal. The concierge, Alison Reynolds, was very patient and informative. She called me back within agreed timescales after a query. Most helpful
