Joanne has really given great service by helping so much. I had a query last night and a reply first thing this morning. I wanted a particular room and the hotel was contacted, quote amended and replied in no time at all! Thanks so much!

Dealing with Pets Pajamas made my booking experience easy and most enjoyable . The lovely staff who dealt with my enquiry were very helpful and put themselves out to accommodate my needs in respect of my booking. I spoke with Joanne and Ashley on two separate occasions and they both offered me a warm and welcoming service and I should like to thank them both for their kind services.

We received a voucher from a friend for my husband’s 60th birthday which led us to look up pets pyjamas. I was a bit sceptical but I have to say that everyone has been exceptionall. I have looked at a couple of properties and have had a speedy reply but no fault of them we weren’t able to go ahead. However this week I’ve been virtually chatting with Zahraa and what a lovely surprise to feel like someone genuinely cares. It’s a blessing. Thanks to Zahraa I will definitely look to pets pyjamas again our special weekend is next week at the kings Head in Great Ayton and we are so looking forward to it. They have been amazing thank you all xx

Totally ruined our holiday in my opinion. The hotel was dirty, shabby and dated. Reported this to PetsPyjamas, along with photos, and they couldn't care less. Keep fobbing us off. Customer services keep sending generic emails saying they are waiting to hear from the hotel. My advice look elsewhere.

Customer services are not assisting me they are fobbing me off. In my opinion once you have the money you couldn't careless.

Classic example of passing the buck! PetsPyjamas no response and accept no responsibility and Burleigh Court states it's down to PetsPyjamas. Customer caught between the two left out of pocket and a ruined holiday. (Still waiting for a response from PetsPyjamas. Not holding my breath! ) I note you believe your customer service is dealing with this. Still waiting......

Donna was absolutely amazing to deal with and made us feel so good about our stay that we have booked. So helpful and more to the point, had really great people skills. Something of a rarity these days. We’re so looking forward to our mini break with you guys. Thank you.
