Price went up by £120 per year, up by a third. Dog is only 5 and never claimed. Will look into moving elsewhere

First class insurance company
I have been with the Petgevity now for over a year and have found them to be an excellent company to deal with by e-mail or by telephone and nothing seems to be a problem. I have in the past had pet insurance with other companies and Petgevity comes up top.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your renewal offer.
The increase in a renewal quote can be due to many factors including claim history as well as pets being another year older. I can see that there has been a successful claim within the policy year, continuing the policy with us would mean that this condition would continue to have been covered. We do try to keep renewal pricing as low as possible but we are also happy to make amendments to a policy to reduce the cost should these be of interest to a customer.
