I recently had the pleasure of working with Ofelia from Peter Anthony, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ofelia was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient as we navigated the home buying process. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and found us the perfect home in a great neighborhood. I highly recommend Ofelia from Peter Anthony for anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The sales negotiator we have been dealing with, Ofelia is extremely helpful, honest, friendly and very professional.

Ofelia's communication skills were exceptional - she promptly returned my calls, answered my emails, and was always available to show properties. Her attention to detail and organized approach were evident in every step of the journey. She never hesitated to provide me with detailed information about the neighborhoods, schools, and amenities, which helped me make an informed decision.

Furthermore,Ofelia’s negotiation skills were impeccable. She advocated for my interests and made sure I received the best possible deal. Her market knowledge and ability to spot opportunities were commendable, resulting in a seamless and successful purchase.
She is a star.

Clear and friendly communications for the full process

We bought the house using the service of Peter Anthony. We are very happy for the services we received from the company. Everything has been vey well organised. Thanks to Jamie at the company, who chased solicitors for us and for the seller, we were able to get the whole conveyancing done very quickly.

Very professional and were involved in the entire process. Communicated at every stage of the sale given me the peace of mind to complete other task.

Without giving any valid reason with prove against me as tenant they decided not to pay my deposit back when I moved out one of their property. They don’t want to answer my question and false information provided and clearly proved them.

We recently bought a flat with Jamie Dowd of Peter Anthony acting for the seller. Jamie was excellent - good communication, professional and efficient. I would recommend Jamie - he was excellent

We have been clients of Peter Anthony for good 12 to 13 years. They have helped us build our property portfolio and are now helping us downsize...the service has always been good. In past 2 years we have sold few of our properties and it's been great to do business.I would like to thank Jamie at Peter Anthony specifically as he is our go to person and great to work with. He has managed our expectations always..

Shehnaz Rahman made the whole renting experience really easy. Although there was a lot going on she was very clear and always communicating with me through the whole process.
I had concerns at the property and straight away shehnaz was on hand to help put my mind at ease.

I've recently moved into a rental property with Peter Anthony as the agency and had a great experience with them - Shehnaz, the estate agent in charge of my letting, was absolutely brilliant throughout the process. Patient with me and on call to answer my questions (I had many as I was quite nervous), I felt very comfortable with her as my agent and would like to thank her again! I couldn't recommend her or the agency enough.

I'm a first time buyer who recently bought a property in Manchester. I found them pleasant, communicative and just pushy enough with the solicitors to get my sale through before the horrendous hike in mortgage rates. I dealt with Dewi Jones and Rhiannon-Leigh.
