Chose Pensionworks as their transparent pricing and speedy communication made me feel confident they would be able to review my db pension. However, following two weeks of to and fro with paperwork they came back and said they don't deal with people my age. As a busy teacher with a short annual window to do life admin this has meant a substantial amount of wasted energy progressing something so important which should have been noticed day 1. That said they were lovely to deal with. If you're over 55 I'd recommend them.

Being thrust into unexpected unemployment at 57 is a terrifying situation so I decided to tap into my private pensions early in a hope of retiring whilst I still have a degree of health to enjoy it.

Having no idea what or how to to start the process I happened upon Pension Works , from the first phone call it was clear that this company was head and shoulders above any of the others I had initially contacted, from that point on they helped me through what is a daunting process and removed all of the stress that goes with such a sudden change in life.
