I can't recommend Docklands and City team highly enough. From the moment my offer was accepted, they handled everything with professionalism and genuine care giving me real confidence throughout about the process. When I needed support they were there, chasing solicitors relentlessly to keep things moving.

What really sets them apart is their responsiveness. Every call and email was answered quickly, and I never felt like I was chasing anyone. Even on completion day, I was incapacitated and couldn't collect the keys myself, so a member of the team dropped them off in person. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare.

And it wasn't just one person, every single member of the team I dealt with was exceptional. They made what can be a stressful process feel genuinely looked after. Thank you to all but especially Azra who was with me for the majority of the transaction.

It has been already two days since signing the rent agreement and paying upfront the full rent for a year yet the keys not released. I don't recommend to use JDW's services for real estate rentals. It is a total disaster and frustration.

A very constructive meeting - Tushar clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience, which really put me at ease, (thankfully, as I know from experience how stressful selling one’s home can be). I was looking for a tenant for my house at 30 Orville Road in Battersea and contacted J D Wood on Battersea Park Road.

I dealt with Joshua Mugume and received an excellent service. He is extremely professional and really knows the rental market around Battersea. While the tenant that he found did ultimately not proceed with renting my property, Joshua went out of his way to inform me about progress at all times and continued to search for a suitable tenant for me.

As I am only looking for short term or corporate tenants, the market situation for such rentals was not favourable at the beginning of the year but I shall continue to work with Joshua again in the future to secure a tenant.

I can highly recommend Joshua’s professional assistance, he is a breath of fresh air and while this may not be relevant, he is one of the best dress estate agents I have worked with in years!
