After receiving several letters inviting me to contact them I finally did. After speaking with Izzy via the phone I thought I would visit the shop to further my application. To my disappointment the shop doesn't open at weekends although the website says it does. What estate agent does not open at the weekends when surely you get the most footfall from potential buyers?.
So I thought I would give them a second chance, after receiving another letter noting my price reduction .
This time I completed the online form and waited for them to contact me.......still waiting :(
It has been over 3 weeks since I initially spoke to them and still nothing. I am surprised they get such a complimentary score...??
My experience so far has been less than satisfying heaven forbid I did list my property with such a inadequate business who happens to call themselves estate agents.

I’m a gas engineer carrying out works for a third party for gas safety checks.
I’m extremely happy with the service and communications by Homesure.
They send me a full breakdown of due dates and tenant details with no cost to the landlords.
I would highly recommend their service and after being a gas fitter for 25 years I’ve got alot of experience with letting agents.
They are extremely professional and very fair on costs.
What makes them different is easy to get hold off and premises that have an ease of parking.
So I would recommend them.

We viewed our flat after quite a few viewings that were unsuccessful and we were getting a bit disheartened with the experience. As soon as we saw the building and the flat itself we knew we loved it and decided to submit interest straight away. I've been with Andrew Louis/Homesure for about 5 years , and they undertake full property management on all eleven of our properties.
Prior to this we self managed. Since they took over we have had zero arrears which was always a huge problem for us.
We now have peace of mind that our properties are managed professionally , bearing in mind the huge amount of extra legislation , which they continually apply and update us with.
The staff have been on the ball all the time, and reply to emails and phone contacts in a timely manner.
They are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and strive to maximise rents where possible, obtaining the best service for clients.
I have been delighted with their service from the outset, and their management fees are very reasonable, and a small price to pay for a great service.

I have been in property for a long time and I have to say Amy Boyle is probably the most thorough and responsive person I have come across in the industry. She kept me informed at every stage in selling my property. She is very proactive rather than reactive which has often been my experience in the past with some companies. The Homesure team have managed three properties for my late wife and me for many years. Following the death of my wife, the last two properties have had to be sold which brings my relationship with Homesure to an end. I have nothing but praise for the Homesure team: advice has been consistently good, service has been prompt, inspections and maintenance have been thorough. The CEO, Nick Stott, has been great to work with, as has Mark Loughnane who advised on the sales. The culture of the firm is a tribute to them. It can be invidious to single out other team members but I will: Mary Abbott is superb; and Amy's quiet persistence in pushing through the sales has been impressive.
