In process of launching Bright HR system and had some queries that would have caused serious issues if not resolved. Was in contact with Eve C online and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. Spelled things out so simply and waited online whilst I tested it. Then I had a follow up related question and that was fully explained and directions given also. Making things easier is the whole point of this system and it helps when the support is top class to back that up.

I have recently signed up to using BrightHR for my 4 businesses and Aaron Maher was my onboarding contact. Aaron was very patient and helpful and he has offered extended support beyond this initial stage. I look forward to working with him to make my businesses more streamlined.

Sarah explained both BrightHR and BrightSafe clearly, kept everything easy to follow, and answered every question with patience and professionalism. Her friendly approach made the whole session engaging and genuinely helpful. I came away feeling confident using the systems and really impressed by the quality of the support. Highly recommended!

I received training from Amy Byrne on Bright HR and Bright Safety, and the session was excellent. She explained everything clearly, was very knowledgeable, and made the systems easy to understand and use. The training was well-structured, engaging, and extremely helpful, and I now feel much more confident using both platforms.

It was very helpful to review the HR software again with Aaron, who was patient and thorough in responding to all my questions. I hadn’t been utilising the system as effectively as I should have, so going back into it I really needed a refresher. Aaron was able to clearly direct me to various aspects of the system that I hadn’t been aware of, which was extremely valuable. He was professional and knowledgeable and above all patient!

We are new to BrightHR and only learning about it. So far it has been a good experience as the team have been very supportive in helping us understand the system and get up and running. We will need to test it for a few months to give a more informed review, but for now it is very promising.
