I was quickly connected to a representative. Ermias was very helpful on the phone and able to answer all my questions. He offered to send me documents by the end of that day to assist me. I received very thorough documents and notes that were very helpful. Glad I was able to call and receive the help I needed!

It was lovely meeting Tasha and having her on-site. She was easy to talk to, explained changes and updates with clarity and did an excellent job at making us feel informed.

Peninsula supported our business with the implementation of their health and safety peogram. Very courteous, flexible and knowledgeable.

Wrong advice given and different advice given depending on which HR person you speak to. I need help with firing someone, why am I getting different directions from 2 people on the HR team. I now don't know what to do and I am told I am stuck in this contract.

Read the fine print. I was under the impression I was signing up for a 1 year contract. After about a year and a half, I called to cancel. They told me that after 1 year the contract auto renews for another year so I was unable to cancel. In addition to this, they raised the fee on me. So they auto-renewed for a full year with an increased fee. Use this company at your own financial risk.

Deceptive Renewal Practices – Business Owners Beware

As a business owner, I would not recommend dealing with Peninsula. They rely on an automatic renewal clause buried in the contract and claim you must give 90 days’ notice. The only “reminder” I received simply said “Your renewal is coming up” — it did not mention the 90-day requirement or make clear that action was needed.

In my view, this is misleading and deceptive. Business owners deserve transparency and fair dealing, not tactics that lock you in without clear communication. Based on my experience, I would not deal with them.

Efficiency and explaining the "whys" with the laws

Buyer beware! They had me sign through my cellphone (fine print was so small) I couldent get the time to make any appointments to set up anything. I reached out to opt out if the contract they told me its 30k to opt out. The biggest mistake of my life was sitting in a meeting with this company. If you value your money DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. very unsatisfied and border line discusted with them.

I was nervous and skeptical at the time of signing up due to the long commitment. One year later, I can confidently say it was one of the best business decisions we've made. Their support is available 24/7, their advice is professional and on point, and it's a very cost-effective HR solution. Peninsula is an essential service for small businesses. - Highly recommended.
