Hi Steve,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your experience and appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
After looking into your concern, we noticed that no order was placed under your name. Instead, our communication was through email regarding a sale price listed on our website. As with all sales, once the promotional period ends, prices do return to their original amounts, which seems to be the case here.
We’re a small business, and it’s disheartening to see words like "scam company" associated with us. We work hard to provide clear information and a positive experience for every customer, and we’re sorry if this interaction fell short of your expectations.
Thank you again for your feedback.
Kind regards,
The Pearl and Bear Team

Hi Danny,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We genuinely apologise for the inconvenience you’ve experienced regarding the delay in receiving the remainder of your order.
We understand how frustrating it can be to wait, and we’re truly sorry for any disappointment this may have caused. Unfortunately, a delay from our supplier prevented us from dispatching your order in full. In an effort to ensure you received at least some of your items promptly, we made the decision to send the available products right away.
As we mentioned in our previous email, we are actively working to gather more information about the remaining items and will keep you updated as soon as we know more. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help and want to make this right for you.
Warmest regards,
The Pearl and Bear Team

I bought an item which was very poorly photographed/misleading on their website. They weren’t prepared to refund fully. This is most unfair. We exchange corporate waffle, probably cut and and paste response?! A bad company to deal with.

Hi Alex,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Firstly, we would like to emphasise that we do not tolerate abusive language towards our team via email, and that excessive spamming behaviour on our social media accounts and emails is not acceptable.
Despite the inappropriate language and behaviour directed at our team, we have continued to assist you with this issue and provide guidance on resolving it.
We regret that you are dissatisfied with your order. We understand the disappointment of receiving a product that does not meet your expectations. However, upon inspection, we confirm that the product received matches the listing on our website.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the communication we have received, we are unable to assist you further with this matter.
Warmest regards,
