Had the one we needed in stock and set it quickly.

Shocking service. Ordered two of the same items. All was confirmed and took payment for express delivery. I then was told they only have one item and when questioned about refund for express delivery, they replied “They don’t feel like I should be compensated.” Awful customer service and shocking company.

Ordered a swing and seesaw the seesaw came but not the swing still waiting for swing they don’t no we’re it is not very happy asked for my money back

The item arrived , I requested a spare part (the part I had lost ) and almost immediately they had spoken to the manufacturer who had agreed to re send directly to me.

Great shop and great items. The only reason I didn’t do 5* is that I ordered 2 of one item which the website gave you the option of ordering up to 10, but I only received 1 and got a refund for the second.
This made it frustrating that the website gave you the option and it’s still saying you can buy this item online, but they can’t have had the stock if they only sent one and refunded the second.

I ordered six items. Two items were not available which meant four should have been delivered but only three items arrived.

I ordered a helmet for my nephew for Christmas. Got an email several days later to say it wasn’t in stock, if I wanted I could wait for it to
come into stock or cancel my order. I decided to wait for it to come into stock. It arrived early January but unfortunately it’s too big for my nephew. I have been in touch with your company to ask if I
can return it but got an email back saying that they’re all on holiday!!! It’s now nearly February, still had no further response and a helmet that is no use!! Obviously I bought a temporary helmet elsewhere but it’s not the one he wanted!! How can you run a Company where everybody goes on holiday at the same time???!!!

Brilliant service my order was slightly delayed but I was kept up to date via email but the delay was expected due to Xmas/new years and the Royal Mail strikes. Will certainly be using this company again

Have ordered something for my grandson for Christmas, have had no updates as to where my order is. Have emailed them twice asking where my order is and if I'm likely to get it in time for christmas, NO REPLY. so do I go.elsewhere and purchase an alternative product. I.dont want to end up with 2. Very bad service

Took a long time to be delivered dispite paying for next day delivery and wasn't able to change the delivry address when it got changed to a diffrent one for an unknown reason.

Quick delivery and just what I had been looking for. Perfect.

I was looking for some knee high pelerine socks and came across this site. I found 3 pairs of white 3/4 length socks size 3-5.5 with a pretty heart pattern for sale for £4.99 so I ordered 3 packs of 3 pairs thus meaning 9 pairs, with packaging the order totalled nearly £20

What I actually received was 3 pairs of pelerine ankle socks with a diamond pattern and not the 9 pairs of 3/4 length heart design socks shown on the website and is certainly not worth nearly £20 for 3 pairs of ankle socks. The only part of this order that was actually correct was the size! So I contacted the company twice via email requesting a refund for the incorrect order but after reading the automated reply stating, if you contact us more than once you will be pushed down the queue, I am still waiting for a response.

I definitely won't be ordering from this company again, as first impressions last, my first impression is terrible.

I would advise caution if considering making a purchase.

They went completely out of the way to help me find what I needed for my Autistic son even after it was discontinued

My son has autism and relies on one brand of dummy. I've been able to send for them a few times now. This means he's getting his needed comfort. The delivery is always fast from when I've ordered them.
