These guys were absolutely awesome in handling my cancellation!
I forgot to cancel my trial and as a result had a 40$ charge come off my account.
The next day I reached out to them to request a refund and they gladly assisted me without giving me any issues
I would definitely work with a company like this again

Thank you guys !

The practical and effective use of the tool itself, alongside with the highly responsive and professional support team.

The product/service in itself is very reliable and well-done. However, a subscription list should be readily available on the website and users should be made aware that they are subscribing from the first payment. Fine-print in an email and random cash withdrawals from your account is not very comforting especially in a foreign country with a weaker currency than the dollar.

Service, Lisa answered in few minutes when I was worried about my documents. documents were deleted.

Excelente compresión de archivos de vídeo

The site was easy to navigate and the support staff were friendly and answered me right away.

It was great to be able to convert a pdf to power point easily.
The only thing is i only wanted it for that day, so the debit order that came off shocked me.
Still waiting for the refund.

What an improvement to the recording removing all of the back ground noice a making the voice recording bolder.

I contacted this company to resize a photo in an urgent situation.
I hadn’t realised that i had subscribed to an ongoing arrangement which I don’t need.
I contacted the company and explained. I got an almost immediate response from a human being! Lisa who was professional, friendly and efficient. Problem solved and me reassured. I could go back to them if needed. Highly recommended.

5 star rating: My experience using this Pdfpaw platform was AMAZING and user friendly for all users young and old.
The platform guides you step by step to the end product you require.
The customer service is awesome and very prompt in addressing your request.

Very Easy to use

I had an issue with an unexpected subscription renewal, but Lisa from customer support was very helpful. She responded quickly, cancelled my subscription, and issued a refund for the latest charge. The whole process was handled smoothly and politely.

I do wish the trial renewal terms were clearer, but the customer service itself was excellent.
