Ich wollte einmal einen Satz Schaltpläne als PDF aus dem Niederländischen ins Deutsche übersetzt haben.

Für 0,99 €uro wurde 1/3 der Pläne übersetzt und das Ergebis war schlecht. Die Übersetzten Texte standen in unterschiedlichen Schrifthöhen an falschen Positionen, sprich das Ergebis war unbrauchbar.

Später stellte ich fest, das es nicht bei diesem einen Test geblieben ist, es wurde zur Abo - Falle!

They help me with a refund, yes it took longer then expected but I did get it back, they (Lisa) always responded quickly on my emails, so it was such a pleasure knowing there is still companies that's honest, thank you for that,

It is a fantastic service that does what it says it's going to, and does it well. Sometimes it can be tricky to find the exact thing you are trying to do so a better menu system would get five stars.

Great experience-sorted my problem instantly

PDF Paw provided an excellent and very easy to use simple process for changing files required for a Visa application. There was then a minor issue with an invoice which was resolved very quickly and efficiently. Quite the best customer service I have had in a long time. Well done Lisa!

I didn't appreciate the 'fine' print - I thought I had paid the minimum amount for a 5 day use ($1.99) without realizing I was actually signing up to a subscription. ($57/month)
After contacting the support team, they were prompt to cancel my subscription and refund my money.

Had to make a pdf smaller and it went easy and smoothly. After a few days I realised I had accidentally subscribed but even the cancellation of the subscription was easy to find and was done with a click.

I used PDFPAW to generate a text to audio file. The result was great: easy to create, near instant download, and clear audio. Pleased with the result.

Great company... I had an audio file on my phone which wouldn't play on my computer or phone, pdfpaw quickly converted it within minutes and I was able to listen to a much loved song again. Thank you so much to Lisa aswell for great customer service. Will definitely recommend and use again 👍

Achtung, das Produkt beinhaltet eine üble Falle! Es fehlt auf der Nutzungsseite der Hinweis bzgl. des Abschlusses eines Abos bei Nutzung des Produktes. Der Hinweis ist in den allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen versteckt!!! Das erscheint mir als eine vorsätzlich Täuschung. Beim probieren des Programmes ohne sofortige Kündigung handelt man sich mindestens ein Abo für einen Monat für 39,99€ ein.
