Easy to use but payment was an issue

The quality of converting PDF document in Urdu to Word was not good. But Lisa in your team returned me message. That made me feel okay although I have to find another way to convert the PDF to the Word.
I hope you will make your program workable for Urdu in future. Thanks.

Initially I had issued a one star review because I had difficulties with the site as it appeared to claim to have translated a document, but required payment to view and download. After payment the site reported an error had occurred and the document was not available after all.

Reached out to support team who arranged for a refund. Credit where credit is due the review now reflects the support received from Lisa at customer support.

Very friendly team who helps you if there are and questions or problems.

attention !!! ce sont des arnaqueurs !!! vous réglez 0.99 euros pour transformation de votre fichier en pdf....et ........vous prélève 39.99 par la suite sans votre consentement...à noter que jamais vous ne recevrez le remboursement des 39.99 euros comme ils vous le mentionnent lors des échanges mails.... à fuir impérativement !!!

cette entreprise est une escroquerie qui demande 0.99€ pour une traduction. Je paye la somme demandée. Après ils me disent que je n'ai que dix crédits et que je ne peux traduire que dix pages. Il faut payer beaucoup plus pour mon document. Ils ne pourront m'escroquer qu'une fois !

Just an awful experience.
I bought a weeks trial earlier today and the service was so good on a video I needed compressing etc that I sent my HO a mail to tell them to buy me an annual subscription.
HOWEVER, needed a second movie compressing earlier really urgently and their web via both iPhone and Apple Mac wanted to charge me again, even though I have a subscription.
There is no online help and although chat says they will be back in maybe 20 mins, its now been 40 mins and nothing so I need to find cancel with this bunch and find a solution that works.

Just beware

Habe es sofort gekündigt .
Es wurde noch nicht abgebucht .
Völlig unseriös
