⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with a subscription charge and Ms. Lisa and Sophie helped me very quickly and kindly. The support was fast, professional and very helpful. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much!

Super, super schnelle Hilfe. Sehr freundliches Personal. Würde ich jeden empfehlen der schnelle und problemlose Hilfe braucht. Velen Dank

Very good service, very prompt in responding to queries!

Very supportive in everything ! I recommend !

The customer service is outstanding. I used only 4 stars because of the way the préliminary offer is done, it's nor clear enough about the amount that will be charged.

Be careful, this site is scamming money. I paid for a one-off item, which was delivered and met my needs. But then they used my card, without my authorised and set up an automatic subscription. I deliberately used this site because it said it was a one time fee. Scammers!

Immediate response and solution oriented approach. Very welcome.

I had a 1-hour meeting audio recording transcribed, and I'm quite pleased with the accuracy, considering the audio was not very clear and had sections of noisy interludes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m very happy with the service I received. The whole experience was positive, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was good, and I felt satisfied with the service provided. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service. Thank you for the great experience!

easy to use.

réponse rapide.

I bought the service of 3 days just to be able to download what I needed, after that I cancelled my subscription. But I was still charged for a full month. I have contacted the client service immediately and after their immediate response, they revoked the payment. Very satisfied of the client service.

Very fast customer service! It’s great

When using the product I did not see that my trial would automatically be debited. After contacting PDF PAW I was helped by Lisa who helped get a refund.
This was only done as I do not need it much. I will however recommend PDF PAW as it was great the time I used it. I will definitely get a plan in the future
