Shocking Service, having paid fees upfront in May 2025 we have had yet another sale fall through. Communication is terrible we were not advised that a sale we agreed in June was not going ahead until November by which time we had bought a house we have now lost. They are refusing to take any responsibility or refund our fees. Avoid at all costs. I am now having to take legal advice to try to get a refund so we can use another Estate Agent

Just used Pattinson to rent out my property as have been very good when used them in past , just to say service was once again excellent especially as was just before Xmas but they found a tenant for me really quickly and sorted everything out in a really prompt time , they really are the go to estate agent in the North East can’t rate them highly enough as never been let down by them and must say didn’t expect them to find anybody till the New Year , they’ve excelled themselves once again big thank you from their team I’m sure their all very good across the board but special mention to Bedlington and Gosforth office team , great service once again.

I can’t recommend pattinson estate agents enough, from the first gentleman that showed us round for our viewing to every person we’ve dealt with they have been amazing. I’ve mainly dealt with Emily and she is an absolute credit to the company she helped us so much with everything even things that she didn’t have to deal with she went above and beyond for me and my partner. Amazing company with such lovely staff thank you so much for everything.

Estate agent negociator Louise from hartlepool team was extremely professional while helping me to get the spurn walk property, even though i couldn't bid higher i felt she was supporting me throughout the bidding process, she was trying to help the buyer as well as the seller to get a fair price for both sides.

Sold the house really quickly, did a fantastic job with the photos and videos. Kept us updated, really good service

Adrian Lindsay was the estate agent I had with dealing with buying my first house and I can’t praise him enough! From start to finish he was helping me when I needed it, keeping me updated with everything that was going on. He would also chase things up if I was unable to just due to work and would also give advice too. I really appreciate everything he done for me and i would 100% deal with him from now on and would recommend him to everyone!

Pattinsons sold my house quickly and kept me in the loop every stage of the way, I also was using another two major named estate agents (purple bricks & yourmove).

I was a first time buyer and they trapped me dus to my lack of experience in buying property. Lie after lie. They made me pay seller's solicitor fee of £3500 which was written at the bottome of the special conditions in very small words. Told me the property will be in a vacant possession but it wasn't as this was another trap just to make me bid on the property. And they are so many things I can't be asked to write as I am so annoyed and frustrated with their service.

Adrian Lindsey was the agent acting on my behalf and I can only say he went above and beyond to help. He constantly kept me updated on every aspect of the sale. He was very professional and knowledgeable and has outstanding people skills an absolute asset to Pattersons. Thank you Adrian for taking the stress out of a very stressful time.

We were frustrated and disappointed in our tenant find dealings this time as we have been customers of Pattinson's for several years and this has been our worst experience. Progress from prospective tenants viewing the property to actually taking up the tenancy was slow, we were constantly chasing the local office for answers. We also received two incorrect communications from the central office saying the tenancy had started when it obviously hadn't. The individual agents involved were all pleasant and helpful but perhaps more communication between them, the central office and us could have made the experience more positive.

Janine was absolutely outstanding in helping us sell my father’s property through auction. From start to finish, she guided us with professionalism, care, and genuine dedication. She kept me informed at every stage of the process, ensuring I always knew exactly what was happening and what to expect.

Her expertise and attentive approach made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth and reassuring. We truly felt supported throughout.

I think the team Lauren and Co in the South Shields office are up front and dd what the job requires in a froliendly and efficient way. The bit I found unhelpful was that the link between the office and the rental operatives wasn't cohesive and led to a sense that getting your flat ready for rental wasn't a supportive process. Yhat said I have a tenant Cound bt Pattinson.

At the start they completely ignored emails inquiring about selling with them no replies in 2-3 months. My estate agent asked them yet again and someone contacted who seemed quite clueless, after many emails and probably another month said as portfolio would need to get commercial to contact me, zero contact in about another month, she emailed saying has if no one contacted will ask again, more emails and eventually carly got in touch. At first she was amazing, super fast replies and very helpful. She was supposed to meet my property manager to get more photos and ground plans and add to listing and would add this info on 14th of October but just simply didn't bother so I had to contact admin as carly didn't reply and said it's not professional to still say being updated 14th and it's like 25th or something now. Just simply deleted the sentence. No replies to emails and ended with an absolutely ridiculous final price of 50k !! For 6 flats !!! Absolutely ridiculous and shows they just do not have the views and numbers to sell. The Legal company wanted everything done online whis was an absolute nightmare and 50% wasn't relevant and just stressed me. They were reasonably quickly at replies but quite helpful but legal pack didn't go live in auction listing till maybe 2 days before the end !! Then, this bit really annoyed me, Absolutely zero contact from them on auction end, not a thing. Then a random voicemail from someone I never dealt with before 17th November and probs 2 weeks after auction. Simply saying we are putting these back into auction, just ring any questions. Very very poor and wound me up and stressed me for Absolutely nothing. I had even thought i may have given another chance to list but maybe in a few months and with legal pack available straight away and maybe being bothered to add what they said would do and get more photos and ground plans but as they didn't bother i won't. Just now had phone call and email saying will cancel contract at auction end on 15th December as otherwise would invoice me as breaking contract. Absolutely hilarious, so you actually relisted the auction with Absolutely zero communication, left voucemail 2 days later saying would put into auction. Seriously do NOT trust this company with your property. Poor at best !! As mentioned possibly would have said relist in a few months if they had bothered contacting me to discuss how it went and moving forward. Seriously poor communication
