I had Usamah Rehman and he was the best…
I had Usamah Rehman and he was the best driving instructor i could ask for. He helped me pass first time with no minors in 2 weeks. I had 2 different instructors in the past but didn’t learn anything from them and wasn’t a confident driver. Usamah taught me so much in them 2 weeks and gave me so much confidence, I wouldn’t have been able to pass without him. I would definitely recommend him, best driving instructor!

Intensive driving course
When I signed up with PassMeFast in late September, I was not sure I would ever pass my driving test. I could not get a test for sometime as well. The initial call I made regarding intensive driving courses was answered by Jamie, who was happy to relay the answers to my many questions repeatedly. Due to past experiences learning to drive, where I paid the company and I never got a lesson (nor my money back!), I was not sure about whether taking an intensive course and potentially being test ready in three weeks was just a scam. I was very wrong and as of yesterday, I have finally passed my test on my first try, after learning for five years. Due to interruptions in my personal life and university, as well as very poor teaching by my very first instructor, I had a lot of issues to overcome. Crucially, I was not confident at all and found myself to be a very nervous driver.
When I was looking at reviews when I booked the course, I noticed a lot of people mentioned not having a very good service in terms of getting a practical test. From my experience, I found the test alerts via the app very unreliable and instead checked the DVSA website every two hours for three days until a suitable test came up. I would recommend getting a test booked before jumping in fully to an intensive course - the test date acts as a grounding deadline, that for me personally was very helpful in managing my time.
A week after I signed up, I was assigned a lovely instructor in Rhia. I have dyspraxia and dyslexia, so learning to drive was a real challenge, so much so I swapped to an automatic despite learning in a manual when I started to learn five years ago. The lack of gears significantly alleviated the issues I had with doing everything at once, especially approaching junctions, and showed systemic issues that I had not realised I needed to address. Throughout the process, Rhia explained things to me repeatedly with lots of patience, especially with mistakes I kept making for the first week of lessons. She listened when I asked to go over a particular element of driving (parking manoeuvres) and why I was finding them difficult. All the way through, I felt encouraged and as if I had the ability, or would develop it, to correct myself in time. Her relaxed way of teaching increased my confidence in my own driving ability. I could not have passed without her help and extensive driving knowledge.
To anyone who is struggling to learn to drive, I would highly recommend PassMeFast for their intensive courses. It has been the difference between passing my test compared to the alternative scenario, where I would have conceded I could not ever do it due to my disability. When booking onto my course, I really felt I was listened to and my disability (dyspraxia) taken into consideration. The practical test alerts were not that helpful, as checking DVSA every two hours of the day gave me more test options that the alerts ever did. However, this does not mean this feature would not be helpful for the right person. While I was uncertain about whether a PassMeFast intensive course would be another let-down (like both my previous instructors), I have no regrets now and would recommend them if my pre-course situation is familiar.

My son went with this company to pass…
My son went with this company to pass his test quickly for work. Intensive course. We are in North Cornwall they sent a instructor down from Exeter who gave him six hours and then stopped answering his text or calls so that he couldn't book any more lessons. My son then went back to the company to complain 🙄 what a joke he has now been waiting weeks still no instructor and his test two weeks tomorrow. Shameful company. reference 203229727

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. They just refer you to a random instructor from a different school and all they do is shout and rush you and i didnt even pass and they also dont communicate properly or give you a mock test, show me tell me questions or cover the actual syllabus. I wasnt even taught parallel parking before my test. Worst experince ever would not recommend. Expensive for no reason. Better off finding a good instructor yourself, not these teachers who need anger management classes
