Passmefast very helpful in my cancellation
Nial was very clear and helpful in me making a decision on using pass me fast ,as I was not on the fence about using your company ,after looking into this company , it is bad reviews 3td party company who take your money and make you wait for instructor not what I wanted feel conned and requested my deposit back , I'll let you know how responsive they are feel totally conned 😢 my apologies pass me fast contacted me and we're very helpful, and offered to make my son priority to obtain a driving instructor but I had already sourced out my own instructor , they agreed to cancel my booking and refund me my deposit which should take 3to 5days

I booked Fast Track sessions for all three of my children and was delighted with the excellent prices offered. Lewis was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the entire process clearly and thoroughly. His friendly and helpful approach made everything straightforward and stress-free.
The level of customer service I received was outstanding, and it is clear that this company values its customers. Based on my experience today, I would highly recommend this company to family and friends, and in fact, I have already done so.

Please don't waste your money on this…
Please don't waste your money on this company. There is nothing "fast-track" about their service.
When I purchased this package, I was told there were driving tests available in my area around mid-September. This was extremely important because I explained that my theory test certificate was due to expire at the end of October. I was reassured that I would definitely pass before then.
£1,600 later, I still haven't had a test. I've received only four test alerts, and every time I clicked on them immediately, they had already disappeared.
I've called numerous times to complain and was even told I would receive free lessons due to the delays. However, I have since been told there is no record of this offer.
To give myself the best chance of passing quickly, I committed to three-hour driving lessons every day for two weeks. Despite this investment of both time and money, I still have no driving test booked. This means I'll likely have to spend even more money on additional lessons in the future just to keep my skills fresh when a test finally becomes available.
The company has offered me a token refund of £250, but this doesn't come close to compensating for the stress, frustration, wasted time, and additional expenses their failure to deliver on their promises has caused.
Overall, I feel completely misled by the assurances given when I signed up. Had I known this would be the outcome, I could have paid significantly less with a local instructor and simply retaken my theory test if necessary.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a genuine fast-track route to passing their driving test.

Usamah Rehman
Usamah Rehman, where do I start.
He’s gone above and beyond to help me get through this test from the start to finish. With only 10 hours of lessons, Usamah spent a lot of time with making me feel confident and preparing me for the main test.
He was very calm and explained every little mistake I made and how too correct them, that’s he’s main focus.
Through my test even the examiner even had told me Usamah students have all passed with him due to his ability and knowledge.
I highly recommend Usamah for anyone in the future wanting to sit there driving course/test, as Usamah will always make you become the best possible.
Thanks again for getting me the first time pass with only 3 minors!!
