Pete has helped us with several cars over the years, and he’s always been so welcoming and friendly. He has a lovely way with people and makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
He’s always been honest, helpful and patient, and I’ve never felt under any pressure. We can trust his advice, and he always takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we’re happy.

A special thank you to Gemma Newbold, who provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the entire purchase and handover experience smooth and stress-free.
On the day of collection, everything was well organised, and the vehicle was presented beautifully. Gemma took the time to explain the car’s features and answered all of my questions, ensuring I felt confident before driving away.

Service department absolutely shocking. Never had a smooth experience. Been waiting for a manager to call me back for two weeks after asking to make a complaint in branch, called a week later asking for the call again and still waiting.

Poor salesman attitude
Went to the dealership to enquire about a second hand car they have, salesmen was very uninterested with my questions basically told me to go away as he didn’t think he’d be getting a sale, I’d suggest to avoid this certain dealership

The service was fine and completed in the time suggested.. Staff were pleasant but my car wasn't washed or hoovered. This is the first occasion this hasnt occurred for a service. There also wasn't any paperwork for conformation a service/recall was completed.
