Friendly service
Friendly service. Knowledgeable and spot on advise. Coming on to 5 years now and the Leicester branch had always impressed with the work that they do on our family car. Not to mention the car is also washed in and out.
There has been times when I think maybe providing a curtesy car would help on the day when the car is being serviced and I hope they consider it especially when you have little ones at school and nursery.

Bought a car from Kane who was extremely helpful. Was originally looking at a cash purchase but Kane explained the benefits of the PCP so well it felt silly not to go that route ! Wife was over the moon with the car. Would highly recommend Parkway !

I had a genuinely great experience with Ryan at Parkway VW. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a Volkswagen, Ryan went above and beyond to help me with a Tesla I was considering. His knowledge of the Tesla was impeccable, which really stood out given it’s not even the brand he represents.
What impressed me most was his attentiveness and attention to detail. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and was able to ready the car so promptly for collection. This made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It was refreshing to deal with someone so professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful without any pressure.

Incompetent.
Saw a vehicle for sale with full service history. Went and viewed it, agreed to purchase it if paintwork on bonnet was repaired (apparently caused whilst at their other site in Leicester). Got knocked down price on my part ex vehicle due to missing 2 services.
Car was delivered to my house. Paperwork signed by me.
Searched vehicle for service history - 1 year. Every time I called, had to give my name and told someone would ring me back - never rang back. Finally spoke to someone in a different department who cc'd in the manager of the sales team. Got a call straight away. Challenged the company who denied advertising it with FSH. They offered a pitiful financial compensation.
Paintwork was repaired but not buffed and polished, so paintwork still not right.
Log book has come in a different name!
Great sales, rubbish after sales.

We regret the confusion caused regarding the service history and understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly after the vehicle had already been delivered. This is not the level of clarity or communication we aim to provide, and we acknowledge that our follow‑up fell short of expectations.
We’re also sorry to hear that the bonnet repair did not meet the standard you were expecting. Your comments regarding the finish have been noted and shared with our aftersales and preparation teams for review.
With regard to the V5 log book, this is something that should have been clearly explained and handled more smoothly, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
While we’re pleased to hear that the sales process itself was positive, we fully accept that the aftersales experience did not reflect the standard of service we strive for. We’re reviewing the issues raised internally to understand what went wrong and how we can prevent similar situations in the future.

Just bought a new to me golf from…
Just bought a new to me golf from Leicester. Anthony was the salesperson, no pressure to buy, wasn’t too interested in looking at part ex and told me to look elsewhere for a better price. Went back to test drive and said part ex was part of what I was looking at. He did quote etc. agreed price. Collected vehicle a few days later, noticed a small dent and pointed out. Anthony said he’s sort it out when convenient for me. Got home and realised car hadn’t been valeted properly, juice and spills etc in back and found glass fragments. Called Anthony again, he arranged for me to bring vehicle back for dent and full valet. Car was brought from elsewhere to Leicester for me to view. Lack of valet etc was blamed on other franchise however it’s park of the same company so standards should be the same everywhere. Personally I feel it wasn’t checked or even cleaned before I collected it. However Anthony sorted it and now I have a dent free & clean car, thanks Anthony.
