I recently had my GTI looked after by the team at Volkswagen Kettering, and I have to say that the whole experience was absolutely first class.
From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. The team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every part of the service.
My GTI was looked after exactly the way you would expect a performance Volkswagen to be treated. Everything was handled carefully, professionally and to an excellent standard. Communication was also superb, with everything explained clearly and no unnecessary hassle.
What impressed me most was the combination of technical knowledge, attention to detail and outstanding customer service. You get the feeling that the team genuinely cares about the cars they work on and, just as importantly, about the customers who trust them with those cars.
The whole experience was smooth, professional and completely stress-free. My GTI was returned to me in excellent condition, and I left feeling confident that it had been in very capable hands.
A huge thank you to the entire team at Volkswagen Kettering for such an exceptional level of service.

Attentive and polite
Since you cannot see what is happening in the workshop, it is difficult to comment on the work ethics of the mechanics however, my car was fixed within the time given and there is no trouble with the repair. The car was presented to me in a cleaned condition. Inside the showroom, the staff were attentive, polite, cheery and helpful.

Wow First Class Customer Service.
Wow! We received first class customer service at Parkside VW in Northampton this week by Josh Hunt. Josh spent valuable time with us both searching for our ideal perfect car. We also had a test drive to get the real feel of the car design we liked. Josh was amazing and with a professional and dedicated sales technic which made us realise that VW Parkside Northampton is where we would like to purchase our car from in the near future. Reliable, prompt and trustworthy buyers.
I had initially sold my car through an alternative auction site, but they started to negotiate the price downward when they arrived to collect the car, after having had a full set of pictures and descriptions. Not Parkway, Tom was straightforward, we discussed the car pictures and agreed a price, which they stuck with on collection. Parkway are reliable, prompt, good communicators and trustworthy buyers.

Philip Ahn is the ultimate guy, super friendly and very informative. I did not feel pushed into making any decision and that he was there to help/support me. The case of the vanishing warranty... 🕵️♂️🏎️
I was ready to buy a used 2018 Volkswagen Touareg from this dealer for £25,999. The ad loudly and proudly promised a 12-month warranty. Perfect, right? Just what you want when buying a tech-heavy, V6 German tank.But when it came time to talk paperwork, half of the warranty mysteriously evaporated into thin air. Suddenly, they were only offering 6 months.When I pointed at the advert and said, "But it says 12 months right here," the sales team hit me with the classic Jedi mind trick, refusing to admit that the text they wrote with their own hands actually existed. I didn't realise buying a car from a main VW dealer required bringing a magnifying glass to read the imaginary fine print.If you enjoy a game of hide-and-seek with advertised features, or if you’ve always wanted a premium SUV with half the peace of mind you paid for, this is the place for you! As for me? I decided to drive away before they tried to tell me the car only had two wheels instead of four. Total waste of time.

Superb service!
I was fitted in straight away and the gentleman (I'm really sorry I can't recall his name) who supported me was superb. As a driving instructor I needed my vehicle fixed asap and the chap got me booked in, a temporary car sorted and kept me posted regularly as it was fixed. Absolutely service as it should be. Easy drop off. No feedback on my request to check front tyre. No message regarding car being ready and queued at 5.25 to collect car. The health check video recording was poor and audio was not clear. Not a clue what was said. Receptionist very pleasant.

Too busy! Impossible to find somewhere to park my car.Staff were all too busy and inattentive. It was like getting blood out of a stone to get the help we required. When I went to collect my car it was parked in a very tight space and impossible to drive out of without help. Whole experience was stressful and unpleasant!
