Tuesday 26thmay 12 30pm still waiting for ever for a parcel from parcel force which was put in system before weekend supposed to be 48hr service what a whooping lie it's only coming from Gillingham not the other side of the world items from china get here quicker very very poor service UPDATE 26THMAY TUESDAY PARCEL DELIEVERED🚚 AT 13.30PM BRILL I WOULD LIKE TO THINK IT'S DOWN TO TRUSPILOT ?

Awful service

Awful service! Had multiple parcels go missing and tracked 48 parcels taking multiple weeks with no updates. Avoid using them they are useless!!!

Said they tried to deliver but was in…

Said they tried to deliver but was in all day. Even saw a van in my road but it didn't come down to my end. The delivery instructions was to leave parcel on doorstep. But they couldn't do this because they didn't come to my door!

Royal Mail Failing

Definitely finding that lately due to the company cutting staff and other procedures - the speed and quality of service has vanished. Claims of failed deliveries - timings extending from 10:10-1:10 to 1:40-7:30pm and still don’t show. A lot of the issues are with the company not with the workers who are struggling and trying their best with the excessive orders and demands of an online order culture.

More staff are needed
Better communication
Less faff and lies

Seriously……

I received an email on 15/05/26 stating my order will be delivered on Friday 22/05/26……the order did not arrive. 24 hours later after spending hours trying to get hold or Royal Mail I finally am informed my order was lost and when they did find it it was damaged.
I was told I would get a full refund, but would need the world remit app. I couldn’t
register with this app because it wanted me to say where I was sending money. Every time I tried to download the app it muted the conversation…I was told I would need to put my loudspeaker on so he could hear me……..am I being thick. I honestly believe my phones loudspeaker would not do anything to the other end of the call.. an hour later I am still waiting for this refund. Royal Mail must really be in dire straits to employ such morons.
I may not be a computer genius but I am not an idiot.
Please grant me the sanity I am going to need to deal with these idiots

Does anybody know the life cycle
of a package from collection to delivery ? Had a package being sent from Newcastle. Tracking reads as follows:
20/05-Cllct'd Aylesbury Vale delivery office
21/05-Rec'd Midlands super hub
21/05-Rec'd Peterborough mail centre
22/05-Rec'd Clitheroe delivery office
TODAY-Delivered North West super hub
NORTH WEST !! That's where it began it's life 🙈🙈🙈🙈

False updates, and no attemp to collect the parcel

We are extremely disappointed with the service from Royal Mail. We paid for a 48-hour collection service, yet after 3 days no collection has been made and there has been absolutely no proper update provided.

What is even more frustrating is that the tracking system falsely shows that a collection attempt was made, which is completely untrue. Our customers were available and waiting, but nobody arrived. This inaccurate tracking information is unacceptable and creates serious issues for our business and customers.

We rely on timely collections and deliveries, and this level of service is very poor. Delays are one thing, but false collection attempt updates and no communication for days is very unprofessional.

We sincerely hope Royal Mail improves its collection reliability and customer support because this experience has been extremely frustrating.

You guys suck. When I was a kid. I remember coming downstairs and there were letters in the post box first thing in the morning. Now I’m lucky if I get anything within 2 weeks. You suck chode

I received an email stating my parcel…

I received an email stating my parcel was delivered on Wednesday 20th May 2026. I contacted thd company who sent it and they told me they will investigate this matter , I also called RM on 3 occasions to raise my complaint,unfortunately after waiting 30 mins the call ended. Since RM went public the service is an absolute disgrace.

A service that just seems to be getting worse.

Typically Royal Mail have been good to me but after moving to a new address, I've been having problems with delayed mail and mail that never arrives, despite retailers telling me that they have sent the parcel tracked. Also, I should have received a voter package instructing me where and when to vote but that arrived 2 days late. Another problem I've encountered tonight is that one of my customers has told me that his parcel hasn't arrived, even though I sent it 2nd class tracked. The Royal Mail website is saying that there will only be an update when the parcel is delivered. Royal Mail tell you that your parcel should arrive in 3 or 4 days if sent 2nd Class, but it's been over 2 weeks! Had to make yet another claim for a parcel that still appears to be circulating in the Royal Mail network. Privatisation has been a disaster for this company, whose loyalty should be to customers and not to greedy shareholders.

Wouldnt really call them royal mail…

Wouldnt really call them royal mail anymore, they have been privatised and its clear to see.
They are clearly holding off my letters for days on end until its deemed worth it to deliver. I always receive all my letters at once.
I also sent a birthday card first class 6 days ago. Still not arrived at the address.

Joke of a company and another great example of why nothing good comes from privatisation apart from shareholders lining their pockets.

They are simply unfit for purpose. Wont be long till they go under or get sold off again. Ill give it a few years.

Absolutely a third world service in…

Absolutely a third world service in every respect its gone from Hero to 0. I will not purchase any products for delivery if the carrier is RM it's unreliable inefficient and careless it should be wound up. Absolutely 24K Garbage Service.

Royal Mail......Royal Fail

Royal Mail, should be Royal Fail
I was sent a parcel after a purchase (a birthday present) from eBay via the 48 hour Tracked service. I need the item to arrive quickly so the 2-3 days service should of been adequate.
The 48 hour service turned into a 144 hour service with a 400 mile detour, The tracking showed that the parcel went from Romford to Blackpool via Edinburgh.
What are you playing at Royal Mail, you used to be a trusted market leader, get your act together, provide the service you are offering. People rely on you to provide good service, what has happened, I wont be using you in the future

Tracking just doesn't work with RM

Not for the first, second or even third time I'm unable to track a parcel that was confirmed sent three days ago. Royal mail are massively behind in their standing with their competitors in my experience. They appear to offer a tracking service, but it's actually unavailable. Poor

If 0 stars was optional I would select it. The post office is London Victoria Docks Delivery Office is the worst!!!! Their Redelivery process is a joke. They’ve had 1 of my items sitting in their deport for 1 week with no update. Another item due to be re delivered today and no update.

Incompetent Organisation.

Sent a parcel on the 11th May, 48hr Tracked with an ebay Simple Delivery label. Has the information printed clearly on the label, address, sender details, tracking number, barcode.
Today, tracking states it's still at the Parcel Shop. Parcel shop staff say its been collected and sent to the Gateshead Hub on the 11th.
I rang Customer Services, (52 minutes on hold) before chatting to a Rep, they say it's impossible to track. Nonsense, Ring Gateshead Hub, speak to a manager, ask who was responsible for collection on that day at that Parcel shop on the 11th, there has to be a log somewhere. Speak to the driver. Search the Gateshead facility as someone there isn't doing their job properly and scanning the barcode.
An email reply from them within 24 hours, it's been 4 days so far and still nothing, no reply, just a generic automated email reply which is no good to anyone.
Pathetic, inept, unprofessional, incompetent, inadequate, inferior organisation which should be overhauled.
Another parcel I sent on the 2nd March, travelled all over London, returned to Gateshead on the 18th March and believe it or not, is still there to this date, it hasn't been returned to me. Tried to make a claim and the item is not eligible as Gateshead have it.
Unfortunately I have to give one star, but would have preferred zero.

Worst delivery provider available

Worst delivery provider available.

I live in Plympton, a suburb of Plymouth and the deliver drivers are the laziest available.

I have always provide an alternative address should I not be in, which is only 100metres from my address. Time and time again they ignore the instruction and don’t deliver. On one occasion rather than go the extra 100m the driver signed for the parcel themselves abs just put it in my wheelie bin.

If I could choose not to use this delivery service I would not, but often there isn’t an alternative when ordering.

If you have the choice AVOID parcel force.
