We have been using Paperless since 2019 and benefits have included considerable time saving in the processing of company invoices. Paperless features allow automatic invoice recognition, attachment to Sage, and approval system. The approval and archive feature for non-accounting documents, also allows us to approve and store our purchase and sales orders generated from Sage 50, which creates a complete record for our company audit trail. Initial set-up and training was well structured and easy to follow. Grateful to the Paperless Support team including Miguel and Matthew for their quick and helpful response to any issues.

Our company has been using the paperless system for around 2 years now. From our initial contact, right through the set-up process, training, and through to day-to-day running the team at Paperless has been brilliant. The support team is quick to respond whenever we have any issues.

We implemented PaperLess Document Approval in July 2022 and haven't looked back. It has halved my workload freeing up time to spend on more enjoyable tasks than monotonous coding and inputting of invoices, not to mention the cost savings in paper, ink and the time saved searching for documents.
PaperLess were extremely professional from the start making the transition virtually seamless. Haven't really needed to use the support very much but the couple of times I have they have been prompt and effective.

Paperless has transformed our office filing. It's so quick and easy to find documents - we love using the programme.
If we ever have a query, the support is very thorough and speedy.

I had low expectations of getting my problems resolved but Giovanna was excellent and gave me advice on additional reporting requirements as well.

Once all set up very easy to use. We have been using it for 2.5 years now, no regrets. My only wish is if it was self-taught in terms of recognising recurring patterns (i.e. looking for VAT number rather than company number for certain suppliers).
Customer support is usually quick in response, again can't fault it.

Paperless is a great piece of software and has saved us countless amounts of man hour's inputting invoices, We started off on sage 50 and have just changed over to sage 200 and Steve and the team have been excellent.

The Paperless team was very helpful and professional, especially Darren and the issue was resolved very quickly.

Miguel Azzopardi has assisted us consistently through the past few weeks with professional work ethic. Miguel made suggestions in order to increase stability of the system, which were later acted upon and proved to be correct. This support was pivotal to keeping the Paperless system working during some technical setbacks we experienced.

The whole team at Paperless are so very helpful and knowledgeable - from the initial enquiry to implementation & ongoing support.

Since adopting Paperless within our business we no longer spend days inputting invoices on our system manually and there's no requirement for files and paperwork. The best feature is having the invoice available within Sage 200 to view. Paperless is a fantastic addition to streamline and automate the purchase invoice process.

In response to the reply from Paperless regarding my three negative reviews about themselves & other companies, it is very simple, my standards are high. If suppliers cannot achieve the standards that I expect, then they are not worthy of my business. I have never compromised on quality and don't intent to start now.
Obviously I am unable to comment on the standards of the customers that you continue to retain.

Easy to process, digital purchase ledger system. Removed the need for hard copies of invoices and provided digital signatories for authorisation.
It had significantly helped us streamline our processes.

We've been using Paperless for almost a year now, the installation and set up were quick and easy. Full training was given and the rare occasional query since has been answered very quickly. Our company processes about 20k - 30k multipage invoices each year and this software has effectively removed the need to take on another FT member of staff. We use the docuflow function for audit trail sign off, the system is linked with Sage200 so brings up our supplier codes and expense codes to select, the images are stored on our own server which keeps this solution at a very reasonable cost. Was a no brainer for us.
