Brilliant! The days of trawling through file after file looking for invoices at month-end and year-end are over.

The fast and efficient support team has been excellent throughout. A particular highlight was the support I received when migrating from Sage 50 to Xero Accounting, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I think my big thing with any big software move is the support function. It takes time to implement and iron out the kinks, but paperless have been proactive, checking in regularly, going above and beyond with the training and making sure we're getting the most out of this product.
There are flashier, more expensive names in the market, but paperless have been exceptional for an SME modernizing it's processes. A shout out as well to Diogo and Umar!

I was a little pessimistic, but really needed some automated software to help with my heavy daily inbox of supplier invoices. I process on average 600+ supplier invoices each month. So much of my time was taken up with data inputting, I asked my employer for help. We thought about employing someone part time and then did some research on automating the process if possible. We looked at various companies and I had demo's with a few.

We had some issues with the installation, but this was our end, Paperless gave us a solution and they worked hard to get this up and running, a few hiccups' but they sorted.

I was excited but nervous about the change, and they scheduled in 4 hours training. I had my training with Umar, who was honestly great! Knowledgeable and patient, with a laugh or two along the way.

I am two weeks in to the software and I can honestly say, I wished I had done this sooner. This has freed up so much time for me, rather than stressing about my endless clearing of my inbox and dreading any time away from work, this software has saved me a load of stress. I am honestly loving using it to integrate with Sage. My boss has a very happy employee :)

We have been using PaperLess alongside Sage 200 for the past three years, and the impact on our finance operations has been outstanding.

Over this time, the OCR and AI capabilities within PaperLess have improved significantly. The accuracy of purchase invoice recognition is now extremely high, resulting in very few errors and minimal manual intervention. We recently started using paperless to speed up the AP processing. Paperless has been helpful in automating part of AP process, however the nature of our process makes it difficult to automate in full which was the original intention. That being said there is a definite time saving versus manual processing. The support and training team have been extremely helpful in resolving any issues promptly, with response time usually in the same day.

The Paperless software has significantly streamlined our invoice approval process, reducing the time it takes to review and approve invoices and send for payment - enhancing our Supplier relationships. Previously all approvals were captured in Excel which took much longer. This has not only increased our productivity but also allowed us to focus on AP reconciliations, budgetary controls and booking meaningful accruals. The automation feature ensures that invoices are accurately processed, minimising the risk of human error and enhancing the overall accuracy of our financial records.

One of the standout features of this software is its user-friendly interface. It is intuitive and easy to navigate, which has made the transition smooth for our team members. Moreover, the Paperless ability to integrate seamlessly with our Sage system has been a huge plus. The small downside with the software is the lack of reporting. It would be great if there was an area where you could customise/build your own reports. We have found that Paperless Support have helped by building reports upon request in most cases

I have been using Paperless in our Irish company for over 5 years now, and find it saves a huge amount of time, and is great for looking up old invoices or getting more detail easily with digital sourcing rather than digging out a lever arch file from a cabinet and trying to find something you need. Have been so impressed with Paperless, that I have introduced it in a recent UK acquisition, who are also using the non accounting archive module and find it fantastic too ! A brilliant product and more importantly, a very responsive Sales and Support Team too, which is a huge Plus for me.
