Excellent product, excellent service, using Paperless has vastly improved my daily workload

Paperless has allowed our business to work more efficiently. It has streamlined our purchase ledger and procurement processes.
We have reduced our physical paperwork and are able to view documents at a touch of a button.
Support has been outstanding throughout the implementation of the software.

It is a very functional program for our use and v5 initially had issues but now has been resolved by Paperless.

I would recommend as it saves a lot of time processing invoices once OCR scanning setting has been configured for each supplier. Also, the new update for pay limits on doc flows has been a game changer!

We've recently started using PaperLess (integrating with Sage), and so far we have had a very positive experience. The training and support has been excellent, and the software has many features that weren't present in the software we'd been using previously. For example, we can now process purchase orders that have multiple invoices or GRNs, and have Sage properly mark the POs as posted. The filtering and sorting options make finding the invoices you want to work on much simpler, and it's easy to find historical information via the searchable archive.

Good software to integrate with Sage. Very responsive and helpful tech support.

I implemented this software easily. Training was great, tailored to my level. If I have any issues, then support is usually very prompt (within 15 minutes)
I highly recommend Paperless for ease of entering invoices (and their images) into Sage
